MY TIMES ARE IN YOUR HANDS

Psa 31:14

But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.

Psa 31:15

My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.

Psa 31:16

Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake.

My times are in thy hand. In the Greek translation it is Kleros but in Masoretic Hebrew it is “et”

Times  in Hebrew is עֵת et

IN the LXX  SEPTAGUINT OT It was translated

Ps 31:14-16 LXX “But I hoped upon you Lord. I said You are my God.

My lots are in your hands. Rescue me out of the hands of my enemies

And out from the ones pursuing me.

Let your face appear unto your servant! Deliver me in your mercy!”

The difference I see here is between the words “times” or “et” in Hebrew and “lots” of “kleros” in Greek. How are the related?

Kleros is used in Psalms 4 times Ps 22:18, 31:15, 68:13, 125:3 and many places in OT

Kleros is a term in Greek for a piece of stone or wood used to make decisions.

Gaol is the equivalent Hebrew word.

Gaol means “a lot cast for the decision of questions like kleros”

The same word kleros for “rolling dice” was used in the prophetic words of David

Psa 22:18

They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

And fulfilled in reality at the crucifixion of Christ.

Jhn 19:24

They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

Psa 125:3

For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

This was saying that no evil influence or authority as symbolized by a “rod or scepter” will affect the “lot” of the righteous. Here the word in Hebrew is Gaol and it is similar  to kleros. It means a stone, like a dice, that is used to determine destinies.  Our destiny in always in Gods hands

IN the LXX lot was translated from “kleros” and in the Masoretic Hebrew “gaol” with the same idea.

Lots are like dice. They were cast to determine things by only chance.

It means luck, chance and what is your portion by chance

Lev 16:8

And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.

The priests determine who was the “lucky”goat. I think it was the scape goat because he was set free by sacrificing the other goat and then let loose into the wilderness. It reminds me of us. Most people say it was the scape goat that was sacrificed but remember that the other one died.

Yet it was again a roll of the dice.  This was called Astragalomancy a form of divination. But wait I thought God told his people not to do that.

In proverbs a lot was accepted as a way to determine things. But remember these were in times when the Mind of Christ and the revelation by the gift of the Holy spirit were not available,

Pro 18:18

The lot causeth contentions to cease, and parteth between the mighty.

Yes there can be not fight about whose opinion is right. The rolling of bones or dice is certainly neutral. But is it Gods will?

Pro 16:33

The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.

So do we roll the dice of flip a coin to know Gods will? No matter if we make decisions according to Gods will or not, God is big enough to make it all work for the best. He is the one who wrote the last destiny….Paradise on earth through Jesus!

And it is true all is in Gods control ultimately. But not all things are Gods will. In those times casting lots was accepted because that was the best they could do to find Gods will. But today after Christ we have a better way. Speaking to Father. Seeking Him in prayer.

They basically cast dice to see who would get this portion of that portion.  Who would be selected for this or that purpose. Even the disciples, notably before they received the gift of holy spirit, cast lots to determine who would replace Judas as an apostle. I am not so sure they were hearing God primary will on this.

Act 1:26

And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

Before the gift of the holy spirit came on Pentecost, God had to show people by casting lots or the priests urim and thurim by not any more

Act 1:24

And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen (anadeiknymi)”,

They prayed here and asked God to point out who was chosen of the two by drawing staws or casting wooden lots.  Now that we have the spirit of Christ dwelling in us there are no more “Crap shoots” I life and no more “Lady luck”: to deceive us. We can go directly to the Father and ask Him by way of the spirit!

The same word for show is was used when Jesus “appointed” or chose the seventy disciples

When Jesus made choices He prayed until He knew His Fathers wisdom, and he did not ever rely on casting lots or dice to get an answer. With having the holy spirit without measure He did not need that.

Here is the only other use of the word for “chosen” or anadeiknymi. Meaning “proclaim any one elected to an office”

Luk 10:1

After these things the Lord appointed (chosen) other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come

We see here that Jesus set our example that we too should follow. He did not used lots or dice. He prayed until He knew and He let God tell HIm!

Luk 6:12

And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

Luk 6:13

And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named apostles;

Later and after the disciples received the gift of holy spirit on Pentecost it was different

God could shew and chose who He wanted to minister the word to by spiritual means.

Later Jesus Himself chose Saul to be the great apostle who would learn the great Gospel by revelation.

After the day of Pentecost when the disciples received the gift of the holy spirit, there was no need for lot casting. God could reveal in prayer.

Act 10:28

And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

“God had shewed Peter” but by praying and rolling dice?  No. It was by revelation in his prayer time.

Act 10:9

On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:

And after Peter was filled with holy spirit on Pentecost, , I am sure he prayed in the spirit with tongues.  He was in spiritual prayer and he received a vision.  He was in a “trance” or in meditative state of mind when God spoke  to him three times to accept the Gentiles as brothers.

This would be a word of wisdom and a word of knowledge because Peter could not in any normal natural way know to go with Cornelius the Roman when he arrived at his door.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is a spiritual matter and is a supernatural way that God can shew us things that cannot be known by the physical world.

Many times lots were used to determine who inherited what. With the tribes of Israel taking over new land in the promised land they used this to determine which tribe inherited what.

At worst it could be divination and the devil could get involved. Even though God will have it all under control in the end. It doesn’t mean it is His first Will. At best it was a gamble and if lucky it was Gods will.

Kleros meant “the lots of several persons concerned, inscribed with their names, were thrown together into a vase, which was then shaken, and he whose lot fell out first upon the ground was the one chosen”

And also meant “what is obtained by lot, allotted portion”

In the times before Jesus lots were the common way to decide what things you were going to distribute or give to your children. It was used to determine who got what part of the booty after a victory in war.  A “lot” or “kleros” could mean more than bones or dice and a gamble. It also became to mean  a certain property, land, a farm, or an inheritance. In fact when the Bible speaks about inheritance. This is the English word translated from the Ancient Gree “kleronomia” which comes from lot or stones. Inheritance or Kleronomia came from putting kleros (or lot stones) with nomia (which meant distribute)

This is the only way in the  old testament inheritance was determined. It was determined by family lines, laws and sometimes stones.  . Kleronomia means inheritance and it was before determined by chance. Now our inheritance is determined by God our Father through not chance but by the Faith of Jesus Christ. A much more reliable inheritance!

But because of the work of Jesus we all are now chosen. We have all won the Lotto OF ETERNITY!

Jesus Himself said these words recorded as He spoke to Paul

Act 26:18

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance (kleros)  among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

We have all won the Lotto sort to speak. We have all been blessed to be placed into Christ and we all have our parts among those who won. We are all set apart and part of the Body of Christ which is high above this world. We won the Lotto not by Luck. We won a place and an inheritance because of the Faith of Jesus Christ. Bless His name!!

Eph 1:11

In (CHRIST) whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

1Pe 1:3-4

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you

With this inheritance we no longer have to depend on casting lots or rolling dice or even playing the Lotto!  We have been give a gift of the holy spirit since Pentecost. This is incentive, our guarantee and our down payment for the Eternal Inheritance we have been chosen to receive. USE IT AND PRAY WITH IT!

When Jesus was on this earth He taught us to ask our Father. Later He gave us the means. So I firmly believe at best it is not necessary to roll lots to determine the will of God and at worst it can open the door to deceiving spirits to mis guide us. We have a Father in heaven we can ask so why ask stones or Lotto tickets??

Mat 7:7   Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Mat 7:11  If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Eph 3:20

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Jas 1:5

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

We have been given the gift of the holy spirit. The first manifestation of it is a Word of wisdom. So all we have to do is ask in prayer. Spiritual or with our understanding and then listen. Listen and believe that our Daddy in heaven is listening and speaking revelation to us. Who needs dice or lots We have Christ within us!

Another thing to think about as we read

Psa 31:15

My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.

“My times” in the Hebrew Masoretic text is not translated from “lots”  translated not from

My times are in thy hand. In the Greek translation it is Kleros but in Masoretic Hebrew translation it is “Et”  עֵת. A time or an alotted season.  In Gods plan we are always in His hands. All our destinies and all our seasons are  controlled and under His power.

God and only God is wise enough to make all the seasons we pass through work together for good. 

Isa 33:5-6

The LORD is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness.

And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times (et), and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

Et our seasons, our experiences or even what we call our “fortunes” are all in Gods control. We are better to not to fear the Lord but worship and love Him. We are better to fear God by worshipping Him and approaching Him in prayer when times see bad.

We are better to rely not on fortune or luck but His revelation. His knowledge and wisdom as it is written in the scriptures and as He speaks to us through revelation words of wisdom and knowledge.

The book of Ecclesiastes speaks about these seasons or et in chapter three alone there it is 28 times.

This says a lot about all the “times” or fortunes we have in life

Ecc 3:1

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Everything in this life is in flux. Only thing that changes not is God. All the things dealing with men are in change.

Yet when things are done in the right time, or season they are done according to Gods purpose and Will.

Ecc 3:11

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

After listing so many seasons or times a man can go through, God shows us that we have Eternity set in our hearts. The fall has made us unable to see the whole picture as the Creator can. Only God knows the purpose of all. We are unable as we only live a few years in this life and die.

Ecc 3:13

And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.

We should enjoy life while we can. For everything is temporary that man does. But God makes all seasons work together. We cannot add or subtract from God. All is made for us. So we should recognize He is in control and our lives really are in His Hand

Ecc 3:14

I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.

Ecc 3:15

That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

The Word of God is unchangeable. All that advancement and evolution we see in human history is just an illusion. Things may rearrange according to their seasons, but nothing is new or old to an Eternal One. All we do is dependant on Him. Our times are all in His hands.

The scope of these verses in chapter 3 is to show,

“That we live in a world of changes, that the several events of time, and conditions of human life, are vastly different from one another, and yet occur promiscuously, and we are continually passing and repassing between them, as in the revolutions of every day and every year. In the wheel of nature (Jam. 3:6) sometimes one spoke is uppermost and by and by the contrary; there is a constant ebbing and flowing, waxing and waning; from one extreme to the other does the fashion of this world change, ever did, and ever will.”

That every change concerning us, with the time and season of it, is unalterably fixed and determined by a supreme power; and we must take things as they come, for it is not in our power to change what is appointed for us.

ALL OUR TIMES are in HIS HANDS. And the sooner we recognize this with meekness we can be saved. The sooner we can trust in Him as Love we will be saved.

He is with us and we are never separated from Gods Love

Rom 8:31-39

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And this comes in here as a reason why, when we are in prosperity, we should by easy, and yet not secure-not to be secure because we live in a world of changes and therefore have no reason to say, To-morrow shall be as this day (the lowest valleys join to the highest mountains), and in life we will have our highs and lows.

enjoy the good of our labour, in a humble dependence upon God and his providence, neither lifted up with hopes, nor cast down with fears, but with evenness of mind expecting every event. That is why we must remember

“To every thing there is a season, v. 1.” Yet all these seasons are in His Hands. The Question is can we trust a Father God that loves us?

“Those things which seem most contrary the one to the other will, in the revolution of affairs, each take their turn and come into play. The day will give place to the night and the night again to the day. Is it summer? It will be winter. Is it winter? Stay a while, and it will be summer. Every purpose has its time. The clearest sky will be clouded,”

Those things which to us seem to be just luck or not determined are, in the counsel and foreknowledge of God, punctually determined, and the very hour of them is fixed, and can neither be anticipated nor adjourned a moment.

So what we can do is stay close to God by our spirit, so we are able to say “I can do all things in Chirst” and be solid as He is….an unchanging Rock!

Ecclesiastes was made famous by the Song song by the Byrds. Turn, turn turn. But there is a great lesson in these words!!

All seasons are in His Hands and we can be sure of that. If we trust Him.

28 changes listed

A time for every purpose of God. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant as a person is conceived from a sperm and must die to shed the husk and be reborn to eternity.

A time to plant and a time to pluck that which was planted, including the harvest of eternal souls.

The first verses of chapter 3 poeticly indicate these changes. Twenty-eight in number, according to the days of the moon’s revolution, which is always increasing or decreasing between its full and change. Some of these changes are purely the act of God, others depend more upon the will of man, but all are determined by the divine counsel. Every thing under heaven is thus changeable, but in heaven there is an unchangeable state, and an unchangeable counsel concerning these things.

ALL SEASONS are in His hands.

There is a time to be born and a time to die. These are determined by the divine counsel; and, as we were born, so we must die, at the time appointed.

Act 17:26

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Some observe that here is a time to be born and a time to die, but no time to live; that is so short that it is not worth mentioning; as soon as we are born we begin to die.

But, as there is a time to be born and a time to die, so there will be a time to rise again

Because all our time are in His hands! And we who are planted in the grave will rise again in a new eternal harvest.

1Co 15:36-37

Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:

The same God that designed the changing seasons has put eternity into our heart. That will never die.

There is a time for men to plant, a time of the year, a time of their lives; but, when that which was planted has grown fruitless and useless, it is time to pluck it up.  There is a time and season to plant the seed of the Gospel so we will reap a harvest of souls to join us in the next world.

Ecc 3:11

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

We must make the best of that which is, and must believe it best for the present, and accommodate ourselves to it: He has made every thing beautiful in his time

“God’s works are well done; there are order, harmony, and beauty in them all. Even the caterpillar is a finished beauty in all the changes through which it passes, when its structure is properly examined, and the end kept in view in which each change is to issue. Nothing of this kind can be said of the works of man. The most finished works of art are bungling jobs, when compared with the meanest operation of nature.” Adam Clark

“Also that eternity hath he placed in their heart, without which man could not find out the work which God hath made from the commencement to the end.” God has deeply rooted the idea of eternity in every human heart; and every considerate man sees, that all the operations of God refer to that endless duration. See Ecclesiastes 3:14. And it is only in eternity that man will be able to discover what God has designed by the various works he has formed”  Adam Clark

One day we shall know as we are known!!!

But for now we can be close to the one that is Wisdom

The word of wisdom is the very first of the manifestation of Christ shown in the letter of Paul to the Corinthians regarding spiritual things. Wisdom and knowledge are needed to flow with Gods purposes and not against them.

Everything changes around us instant by instant except the Holy spirit who has ALL changes in His hands. The Eternal God  does not change. We do.

We must look at these scriptures through the revelation that Jesus has given to us.

Ecc 3:3

A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

We know Jesus taught that he that lives by violence dies by it. We have been taught by Paul that are battle is not with people but demons and their lies. Are weapons are not on the level of the physical but our warfare is spiritual. With the sword of the spirit we kill the lies of the devil and deliver people. We kill and mortify the lies in our own sinful self that Christ might live in us. We pluck our rotten teeth so we can heal. We tear down the structures of false religion that hurts by teaching the Gospel that edifies and builds people up.

Ecc 3:4

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

When we love people we must weep with them when they weep. We have compassion as Jesus did. Look at the shortest verse in the KJV Bible. Jesus wept!

Jhn 11:33-35

When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. Jesus wept.

Rom 12:15

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Ecc 3:7

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

All my times or seasons are in His hands but how do we know when to speak and when to be silent?

Sometimes Jesus preached as He did at the sermon on the mount. Sometime he did not speak when no one would believe the truth.

Mat 27:12

And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.

Pontius Pilate did not believe the truth so it was time not to waste words on swine. Before Pontius showed he did not believe.

Jhn 18:37

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Jhn 18:38

Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.

There are many seasons always in flux so we need the stability of the gift of holy spirit to remain solid.

Only by walking with the Lord and His spirit.

Pero la piedad con contentamiento es gran ganancia,

1Ti 6:7

porque nada trajimos al mundo, y[fn] nada podemos sacar del mundo.

1Ti 6:8

Pero si tenemos alimento y vestido, con esto estaremos contentos.

Ese es el secreto del éxito en esta vida. No con cuántos juguetes mueres. Nunca he visto un uhaul seguir a un coche fúnebre a la gracia. ¿Y tú?

Vivimos en días de consumo muy materialista. Nos enseñan que creer es igual a prosperidad en dinero y cosas. Se nos enseña el Evangelio Americano de la Prosperidad, Cuidado es una mentira y los que tratan de trabajar allí para llegar a la cima nunca llegan allí. (Ya estamos sentados en los lugares celestiales y ¿qué hay encima de eso?)

1Ti 6:5

y la fricción constante entre las personas que están depravados de mente y privados de la verdad, imaginando que la piedad es un medio de ganancia.

Este es el secreto. Una relación piadosa es el camino a la Alegría no el dinero. ¡Buscar bienes materiales e imaginar que estar cerca de Dios significa que tienes que ser rico para ser feliz es una GRAN MENTIRA!

¿Quieres ser rico? Bueno, ¿qué tal estar lleno de la mayor de todas las riquezas?

Cuando conocemos el amor por los demás. Conocemos el amor de Dios por nosotros.

Efesios 3:19

y conocer el amor de Cristo que sobrepasa todo conocimiento, para que seáis llenos de toda la plenitud de Dios.

Si estamos llenos no de una parte de Dios o algo de Dios sino de TODO DIOS. ¡Wow! ¿Cómo puedes tener más que el Infinito? ¿Cómo puede un hombre, con un cuerpo roto y 70 años, estar lleno de Dios? Explotaría su traje de tierra. Y esa es la idea. Seremos menos yo y más como el Amor.

Esta fue la oración del Apóstol Pablo por nosotros

“para que, conforme a las riquezas de su gloria, os conceda ser fortalecidos con poder en vuestro interior por su Espíritu, para que Cristo habite por la fe en vuestros corazones; para que, arraigados y cimentados en el amor, tengáis fuerza para comprender con todos los santos cuál sea la anchura, la longitud, la altura y la profundidad, y para conocer el amor de Cristo, que sobrepasa todo conocimiento, a fin de que seáis llenos de toda la plenitud de Dios.”

Realmente somos pobres hasta que nos llenamos de cosas espirituales, no materiales.

Una cosa que tenemos que las personas que buscan cosas no tienen es DESCANSO

Mateo 6:34

“Por tanto, no os afanéis por el día de mañana, porque el día de mañana se afanará por sí mismo. Suficiente para el día es su propio problema.

Porque estamos viendo la vida a través de lentes espirituales

Mateo 6:33

Mas buscad primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas.

Y lo que no consigas realmente no lo necesitas para ser feliz con Dios. Sin embargo El suplirá todas tus necesidades para amar y dar a otros. Nunca serás pobre

Hechos 20:35

En todas las cosas os he mostrado que trabajando duro de esta manera debemos ayudar a los débiles y recordar las palabras del Señor Jesús, cómo él mismo dijo: ‘Más bienaventurado es dar que recibir'”.

Sin embargo, podemos dar muchas cosas y seguir siendo desgraciados. Podemos darlo todo pero sin amor ¿por qué lo hacemos? La única otra razón es el miedo. Tenemos miedo de no complacer a Dios. Tenemos miedo de no complacer a nuestra familia o a la comunidad. Pero con miedo hay tormento y nunca descanso. Descansar en el amor es el secreto.

Debemos Dar y vivir porque sabemos que estamos bien. Podemos descansar en Su gracia y entonces podemos amar libremente. De lo contrario somos muy muy pobres, sin amor.

1Co 13:3

Si doy todo lo que tengo, y si entrego mi cuerpo para ser quemado,[fn] pero no tengo amor, nada gano.

¿Qué es el amor?

El amor es lo que Dios nos mostró cuando dio libremente a Su propio Hijo para salvar al mundo.

Amor es lo que Dios es. Él, que creó el mundo como Paraíso, da libremente y es feliz cuando lo hace. Dios está lleno de buenos dones, perdón y misericordia para todos. Debido a que los corintios estaban perdiendo de vista a Dios y Su Amor, el Apóstol Pablo los estaba corrigiendo para que volvieran al Camino correcto con esta carta. Jesús fue la forma en que Dios mostró su verdadero ser al mundo. Es incomprensible que Él diera su vida. Pero porque El la tomo y nos dio Su vida eterna nosotros también podemos entender lo imposible y nosotros también podemos tener gozo.

1Co 13:4 esv

El amor es paciente y bondadoso; el amor no tiene envidia ni se jacta; no es arrogante

1Co 13:5 esv

ni grosero. No insiste en salirse con la suya; no es irritable ni rencoroso;[

1Co 13:6 esv

no se alegra de la injusticia, sino que se alegra con la verdad.

Sin la ayuda y el poder del espíritu santo estos son mundos extraños. Primero debemos pedirle a Cristo que sea nuestro Señor y entre en nuestra vida. Luego orar y pedir el poder de cambio para ser mas como El y menos como nuestro viejo yo.

El vivio una vida asi y nadie podia tocarlo. Pero cuando estuvo listo dio su vida. Nadie podía tocarle. Así que esta vida es segura y es eterna.

El amor es la naturaleza de Dios. Él es paciente, increíblemente paciente con la humanidad. Mucho mas de lo que yo podria ser sin Su naturaleza y ayuda en mi. El mostró paciencia

En el King James dice “Love suffereth long” y eso era cierto en el inglés de hace cuatrocientos años. La palabra significaba ser capaz de soportar la presión. Eso requiere fuerza y músculo, ¡no es para los débiles de corazón!

La palabra en griego para paciencia es Makrothumia, que viene de “Makro”, que significa “grande”, y la palabra “thumos”, que significa “vida, alma o pasión”.

Amar a alguien es ser más grande que sus pruebas y su lucha contra ti. Esperas y continúas haciendo el bien por ellos.

Jesús es la Vid y nosotros somos sus representantes en el mundo. El mundo sólo puede ser atraído por el fruto hermoso.

Juan 15:5

Yo soy la vid, vosotros los sarmientos: El que permanece en mí, y yo en él, éste lleva mucho fruto; porque separados de mí nada podéis hacer.

Todo lo puedo en Cristo nos dice Fil 4:13. Se trata de llegar a ser más como Cristo en el mundo y no se trata de hacer las cosas por nosotros mismos como lo haría un hombre hecho a sí mismo.

Tenemos que ser pacientes con los demás para darles tiempo a crecer… ¡Eso es amor por los demás!

Necesitamos ser pacientes con nosotros mismos ….eso es amor de Dios para nosotros mismos.

Stg 5:7 NVI

Tened, pues, paciencia, hermanos, hasta la venida del Señor. Mirad cómo espera el labrador a que la tierra dé su valiosa cosecha, aguardando pacientemente las lluvias de otoño y primavera.

Sant 5,8

Tened también vosotros paciencia y estad firmes, porque la venida del Señor está cerca.

Stg 5:9

Hermanos, no os quejéis unos de otros, porque seréis juzgados. El Juez está a la puerta.

Stg 5:10

Hermanos, como ejemplo de paciencia ante el sufrimiento, tomen a los profetas que hablaron en nombre del Señor.

Stg 5:11

Como sabéis, consideramos bienaventurados a los que han perseverado. Habéis oído hablar de la perseverancia de Job y habéis visto lo que el Señor consiguió finalmente. El Señor está lleno de compasión y misericordia.

Es tan fácil reaccionar y perder la paciencia pero ahí es donde podemos caer y ser pacientes con nosotros mismos para aprender a amar como Cristo lo hizo. Toma tiempo y el Granjero Dios espera que cada una de sus preciosas plantas crezca fuerte. Arraigadas y cimentadas en el Amor.

Las nueve características del amor que encontramos son: paciencia, bondad, generosidad, humildad, cortesía, desinterés, buen carácter, ingenuidad y sinceridad. Estas nueve características o expresiones de amor comunican el amor de un ser humano a otro independientemente de su procedencia. Nadie expresará naturalmente su amor de todas estas maneras, por supuesto. Algunas personas son pacientes y amables por naturaleza, pero carecen de humildad. Todos necesitamos la ayuda de Dios para amar a Su manera. Lo bueno es que Él ya hizo Su parte para ayudarnos al derramar Su amor en nuestros corazones por medio del Espíritu Santo, que nos es dado (Romanos 5:5). Este tipo de amor no está limitado de ninguna manera. Así que podemos darlo libre y abundantemente sin temor a que se nos acabe. No podemos esperar hacer todas estas cosas sin el poder de Dios obrando en nosotros. Se necesita el trabajo sobrenatural del Espíritu Santo, Cristo viviendo en nosotros.

En el capitulo 13 de Corintios Pablo describe como amar. La definición y la norma del amor es Dios, porque Dios es amor. Y el Amor es Dios, Lee 1 Juan 4:7-13

Cuando leemos la carta que Pablo escribió a los Corintios aquí en el capítulo 13 vemos

Una descripción del amor que casi refleja el fruto del espíritu que el enumero en Gálatas. El fruto crece y esa es la buena noticia. Crece por Su fuerza no por la tuya… eso también son buenas noticias.

Aquí hay una comparación. En primer lugar el Amor de Dios es espiritual y no naturalmente una parte de la humanidad.

El amor es un fruto del Espíritu. Gal 5:22

El amor es paciente 1 Cor 13:4 μακροθυμέω makrothymeō

El fruto del Espíritu es la paciencia Gal 5:22 μακροθυμία makrothymia

El amor es Bondad 1 Cor 13:4 χρηστεύομαι chrēsteuomai

El fruto del Espíritu es la Mansedumbre (Bondad) χρηστότης chrēstotēs y la Bondad ἀγαθωσύνη agathōsynē. Estas palabras van de la mano. Cuando no estamos todos tan preocupados por nuestras pequeñas necesidades, y pensamos que las necesidades de los demás son mayores. Podemos serles útiles y eso es lo que Chrestotes quiere decir aquí. Cuando lo somos también estamos siendo Buenos con la gente al hacerles el bien y suplir sus necesidades.

Y lo opuesto se describe para darnos algún contraste en 1 Cor 13:4

“No tiene envidia, no se jacta, no es orgulloso”.

El amor no está ansioso por ser mejor que el otro, no se pone a sí mismo en la luz de la cal, y no es arrogante o demasiado orgulloso de sí mismo. El amor sabe con confianza que tiene todo lo que necesita, y piensa en los demás.

Para ilustrar mejor lo que significa ser amable o gentil con todos y no arrogante, Pablo contrasta las obras de la carne en Gálatas con el fruto de la gentileza y la bondad.

Gálatas 5:20

Idolatría, hechicerías, enemistades, pleitos, iras, contiendas, sediciones, herejías,

Cuando no estamos caminando en Amor o creciendo con el espíritu estamos trabajando cosas nosotros mismos por la carne. Sentimos que necesitamos agarrar y agarrar algo mas. En esta lista hay algunas cosas que no queremos hacer, una es tener discordia.en griego es “Eris”, que significa discusiones y desacuerdos y discordia. Eso no es ser amable y gentil. O emulaciones ζῆλος que significa rivalidad celosa. Tener una actitud de “yo primero” no es Amable. Y con estas cosas viene la ira y el enojo, entonces stife provocando la separación y la división. Esto es el diablo trabajando pero con el espiritu podemos traer paz y ganar. Por el fruto del espiritu trabajando en nosotros llegamos a ser amables. Pensamos en los demás antes que en nosotros mismos. Jesús fue el ejemplo perfecto.

Cor 13:5

No deshonra a otros, no es egoísta, no se enoja fácilmente, no guarda registro de agravios.

La versión Reina Valera traduce “no guarda rencor” como “no piensa mal”. Esto puede ser un poco engañoso ya que debemos ser conscientes del mal y ser sabios como serpientes. Tenemos que ser conscientes del mal para evitarlo. Debemos iluminar y exponer el mal, pero al mismo tiempo perdonar a la persona y darle más gracia.

El amor lo perdona todo. No lleva un registro de las millones de veces que alguien te ha hecho daño. Dios tampoco guarda registros. El amor no guarda rencor.

Sólo nosotros lo hacemos. Sólo Dios sabe cuál es la diferencia entre el mal y el bien.

Jesús vino como un hombre muy manso y nos enseñó a ser mansos. En otras palabras, lo necesitamos para poder tener paciencia cuando la gente se opone a nosotros. Y aún así ser amables y buenos. Mateo 11:29

Llevad mi yugo sobre vosotros, y aprended de mí, que soy manso y humilde de corazón; y hallaréis descanso para vuestras almas.

La mansedumbre es otra parte del crecimiento del fruto de Cristo en nosotros como Gálatas 5:23 dice “La mansedumbre, la templanza contra tales cosas no hay ley. Y el ultimo en la lista de los atributos del fruto del espiritu de Cristo en nosotros es Autocontrol. Es de regreso al amor, ya que el amor nos da el poder sobre la carne para controlar todas sus obras desagradables en nosotros y reemplazarlas con el fruto de crecer en Amor.

1Co 13:6

El amor no se deleita en el mal, sino que se regocija con la verdad.

La alegría que experimentamos no depende de cuántas cosas se nos den. Ya tenemos Gozo puesto que se nos ha dado el regalo más grande de todos…..Vida eterna. Y Jesucristo es esta vida eterna. Nuestra Esperanza Eterna en los placeres Eternos nos trae alegría.

Porque Dios ha dado a conocer el camino de la Vida en Cristo y por el fruto de Su espíritu tenemos GOZO constante

Salmo 16:11

Tú me das a conocer la senda de la vida; me llenarás de gozo en tu presencia, de placeres eternos a tu diestra.

Rom 15:13

Que el Dios de la esperanza os llene de todo gozo y paz al confiar en él, para que reboséis de esperanza por el poder del Espíritu Santo.

Dios nos llena de alegría y eso es parte del fruto del espíritu que nos ha dado. ¡Ahora podemos regocijarnos con la Verdad que es Jesús!

Gálatas 5:22

Pero el fruto del Espíritu es amor, gozo, paz, paciencia, benignidad, bondad, fe,

1Co 13:7

Siempre protege, siempre confía, siempre espera, siempre persevera.

El amor siempre confía y cree, y esto viene del espíritu como fruto de la Fe.

Y con esta fe viene la paz. Ya no estamos en guerra con Dios porque sabemos que El nos ama. Podemos confiar en El y podemos tener paz con todos los hombres.

El amor nos trae alegría porque sabemos que tenemos el mayor de todos los dones

El amor lo cree y por eso podemos confiar y tener fe en nuestro Padre que es TODO AMOR.

Cuando caminamos en amor o en el espíritu hemos cumplido toda la Ley

Gal 5:23

Mansedumbre, templanza: contra tales cosas no hay ley.

Sobre el Amor penden todas las leyes. De la cruz penden todas las leyes

Mt 22,40

De estos dos mandamientos penden toda la ley y los profetas.

Rom 8:4

para que la justicia de la ley se cumpliese en nosotros, que no andamos conforme a la carne, sino conforme al Espíritu.

Gálatas 5:18

Pero si sois guiados por el Espíritu, no estáis bajo la ley

Gal 5:23

mansedumbre, templanza: contra tales cosas no hay ley

1Pe 4:8

Y sobre todo, tened entre vosotros ferviente caridad; porque la caridad cubrirá la multitud de los pecados.

El Amor ferviente lo cubre todo para que crezcas en amor y seas libre. Para que seáis colmados de todas las riquezas de Dios el infinito donde no falta nada. Si quieres verdaderas riquezas, entonces hay un camino mejor

1Co 12:31

Pero codiciad ardientemente los mejores dones; y aun os muestro un camino más excelente.

Y ese camino es ser lleno de toda la plenitud de Dios. Sea lleno de todo el Amor que Dios es y usted nunca será pobre o tendrá carencia.

1Co 13:13

Y ahora permanecen la fe, la esperanza y la caridad, estas tres; pero la mayor de ellas es la caridad.AMOR

Alors, vous voulez être riche ?

Soyez satisfait de ce que vous avez et soyez reconnaissant.

Une personne comme ça ne peut jamais être pauvre.

Mais si vous avez des trillions à la banque et que vous ne pouvez pas être heureux, vous êtes le plus pauvre des pauvres.

Ti 6:6 esv

Mais la piété avec le contentement est un grand gain,

car nous n’avons rien apporté dans le monde, et [fn] nous ne pouvons rien emporter du monde.

1Ti 6:8

Mais si nous avons de la nourriture et des vêtements, nous nous en contenterons.

C’est le secret de la réussite dans cette vie. Pas le nombre de jouets avec lesquels on meurt. Je n’ai jamais vu un Uhaul suivre un corbillard jusqu’à la grâce. Et vous ?

Nous vivons à une époque de consommation très matérialiste. On nous apprend que croire est synonyme de prospérité en argent et en objets. On nous enseigne l’Evangile américain de la prospérité. Attention, c’est un mensonge et ceux qui essaient de travailler pour arriver au sommet n’y arrivent jamais. (Nous sommes déjà assis dans les lieux célestes et qu’est-ce qu’il y a au-dessus de cela ?)

1Ti 6:5

et des frictions constantes entre des gens dépravés d’esprit et privés de la vérité, s’imaginant que la piété est un moyen de gain.

Voilà le secret. Une relation pieuse est le chemin vers la joie, pas l’argent. S’approprier des biens matériels et s’imaginer qu’être proche de Dieu signifie que vous devez être riche pour être heureux est un GROS MENSONGE !

Voulez-vous être riche ? Eh bien, que diriez-vous d’être rempli de la plus grande de toutes les richesses ?

Quand nous connaissons l’amour pour les autres. Nous connaissons l’amour de Dieu pour nous.

Eph 3:19

et de connaître l’amour du Christ qui surpasse toute connaissance, afin que vous soyez remplis de toute la plénitude de Dieu.

Si nous sommes remplis non pas d’une partie de Dieu ou d’un peu de Dieu mais de TOUT DIEU. Wow ! Comment pouvez-vous avoir plus que l’infini ? Comment un homme, un corps brisé et 70 ans, peut-il être rempli de Dieu ? Il ferait exploser sa combinaison terrestre. Et c’est l’idée. Nous serons moins nous-mêmes et plus comme l’Amour.

C’était la prière de l’Apôtre Paul pour nous

“afin que, selon la richesse de sa gloire, il vous accorde d’être fortifiés avec puissance par son Esprit dans votre être intérieur, afin que Christ habite dans vos cœurs par la foi – afin que, enracinés et fondés dans l’amour, vous ayez la force de comprendre avec tous les saints quelle est la largeur, la longueur, la hauteur et la profondeur, et de connaître l’amour de Christ qui surpasse toute connaissance, afin que vous soyez remplis de toute la plénitude de Dieu.”

Nous sommes vraiment pauvres jusqu’à ce que nous soyons remplis de choses spirituelles et non de choses matérielles !

Une chose que nous avons et que les gens qui cherchent des choses n’ont pas, c’est le REPOS.

Mat 6:34

“Ne vous inquiétez donc pas du lendemain, car le lendemain s’inquiétera de lui-même. A chaque jour suffit sa peine.

Parce que nous regardons la vie à travers des lunettes spirituelles

Mat 6:33

Mais cherchez d’abord le royaume de Dieu et sa justice, et toutes ces choses vous seront données par surcroît.

Et ce que vous n’obtenez pas, vous n’en avez vraiment pas besoin pour être heureux avec Dieu. Il vous fournira tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour aimer et donner aux autres. Vous ne serez jamais pauvres

Act 20:35

En toutes choses, je vous ai montré qu’en travaillant ainsi, nous devons aider les faibles et nous souvenir des paroles du Seigneur Jésus, comment il a dit lui-même : ‘Il y a plus de bonheur à donner qu’à recevoir.'”

Pourtant, nous pouvons donner beaucoup de choses et être quand même malheureux. Nous pouvons tout donner, mais sans amour, pourquoi le faisons-nous ? La seule autre raison est la peur. Nous avons peur de ne pas plaire à Dieu. Nous avons peur de ne pas plaire à notre famille ou à la communauté. Mais avec la peur, il y a le tourment et jamais le repos. Le repos dans l’amour est le secret !

Nous devons donner et vivre parce que nous savons que nous sommes bien. Nous pouvons nous reposer dans sa grâce et alors nous pouvons aimer librement. Sinon, nous sommes très très pauvres, sans amour.

1Co 13:3

Si je donne tout ce que j’ai, et si je livre mon corps pour être brûlé, [fn] mais que je n’aie pas l’amour, je ne gagne rien.

Alors, qu’est-ce que l’amour ?

L’amour, c’est ce que Dieu nous a montré quand il a donné librement son propre Fils pour sauver le monde !

L’amour est ce que Dieu est. Lui, qui a créé le monde en tant que Paradis, donne librement et est heureux quand il le fait. Dieu est plein de bons cadeaux, de pardon et de miséricorde pour tous ! Parce que les Corinthiens perdaient de vue Dieu et son amour, l’apôtre Paul les corrigeait pour qu’ils reviennent sur le bon chemin avec cette lettre. Jésus était le moyen par lequel Dieu a montré sa vraie nature au monde. Il est incompréhensible qu’il ait renoncé à sa vie. Mais parce qu’il l’a reprise et nous a donné sa vie éternelle, nous pouvons nous aussi comprendre l’impossible et nous pouvons nous aussi avoir de la joie.

1Co 13:4 esv

L’amour est patient et bon ; l’amour n’est pas envieux et ne se vante pas ; il n’est pas arrogant.

1Co 13:5 esv

ni grossier. Il n’insiste pas sur sa propre voie ; il n’est pas irritable ou rancunier ; [

elle ne se réjouit pas de l’injustice, mais se réjouit de la vérité.

Sans l’aide et la puissance du Saint-Esprit, ce sont des mondes étrangers. D’abord nous devons demander à Christ d’être notre Seigneur et d’entrer dans notre vie. Nous devons ensuite prier et demander la puissance de changement qui nous permettra de lui ressembler davantage et de ne plus ressembler à notre ancien moi.

Il a vécu une vie comme cela et personne ne pouvait le toucher. Mais quand il était prêt, il a donné sa vie. Personne ne pouvait le toucher. Cette vie est donc sûre et elle est éternelle.

L’amour est la nature de Dieu. Il est patient, incroyablement patient avec l’humanité. Bien plus que je ne pourrais jamais l’être sans sa nature et son aide en moi. Il a fait preuve de patience

Dans le King James, il est dit “L’amour souffre longtemps” et c’était vrai en anglais il y a quatre cents ans. Le mot signifiait être capable de supporter la pression. Cela demande de la force et des muscles, ce n’est pas pour les faibles de cœur !

Le mot grec pour Patience est Makrothumia. Il vient de “Makro” qui signifie “grand” et du mot “thumos” qui signifie “vie, âme ou passion”.

Aimer quelqu’un, c’est être plus grand que ses épreuves et ses combats. Vous attendez et continuez à faire le bien pour eux.

La patience “Makrothumia” est quelque chose qui grandit en vous à mesure que votre caractère ressemble de plus en plus à celui du Christ. Cela prend du temps, la lumière du son ou des révélations, l’arrosage de l’esprit et la bonne nourriture des paroles de Dieu. C’est un fruit de l’esprit du Christ. Et il y en a neuf.

Gal 5:22

Mais le fruit de l’Esprit, c’est l’amour, la joie, la paix, la patience (Makrothumia), la douceur, la bonté, la foi,……

Jn 15,1

Je suis la vraie vigne, et mon Père est le vigneron.

Jésus est la vigne et nous sommes ses représentants dans le monde. Le monde ne peut être attiré que par le beau fruit.

Jn 15,5

Je suis la vigne, vous êtes les sarments : Celui qui demeure en moi, et moi en lui, celui-là porte beaucoup de fruit, car sans moi vous ne pouvez rien faire.

Je peux tout faire en Christ nous dit Phil 4:13. Il s’agit de devenir plus semblable à Christ dans le monde et non pas de faire des choses pour nous-mêmes comme le ferait un self made man.

Nous devons être patients avec les autres pour leur donner le temps de grandir… C’est ça l’amour des autres !

Nous devons être patients avec nous-mêmes ….. C’est l’amour de Dieu pour nous-mêmes.

Jc 5,7

Soyez donc patients, frères et sœurs, jusqu’à la venue du Seigneur. Voyez comment le fermier attend que la terre donne sa précieuse récolte, attendant patiemment les pluies d’automne et de printemps.

Jc 5,8

Vous aussi, soyez patients et tenez bon, car la venue du Seigneur est proche.

Jc 5, 9

Ne rouspétez pas les uns contre les autres, frères et sœurs, ou vous serez jugés. Le Juge se tient à la porte !

Jc 5, 10

Frères et sœurs, comme exemple de patience face à la souffrance, prenez les prophètes qui ont parlé au nom du Seigneur.

Jc 5, 11.

Comme vous le savez, nous considérons comme bénis ceux qui ont persévéré. Vous avez entendu parler de la persévérance de Job et vous avez vu ce que le Seigneur a finalement réalisé. Le Seigneur est plein de compassion et de miséricorde.

Il est si facile de réagir et de perdre patience mais c’est là que nous pouvons tomber et être patients avec nous-mêmes en apprenant à aimer comme le Christ l’a fait. Cela prend du temps et le Dieu Farmer attend que chacune de ses précieuses plantes devienne forte. Enracinées et fondées dans l’amour.

Les neuf caractéristiques de l’amour que nous trouvons sont : la patience, la bonté, la générosité, l’humilité, la courtoisie, le désintéressement, la bonne humeur, l’insouciance et la sincérité. Ces neuf caractéristiques ou expressions de l’amour communiquent l’amour d’un être humain à un autre, quel que soit son milieu. Bien entendu, personne n’exprimera naturellement son amour de toutes ces manières. Certaines personnes sont patientes et gentilles par nature, mais elles manquent d’humilité. Nous avons tous besoin de l’aide de Dieu pour aimer à sa manière. Ce qui est bien, c’est qu’il a déjà fait sa part pour nous aider en répandant son amour dans nos cœurs par le Saint-Esprit, qui nous a été donné (Romains 5:5). Ce genre d’amour n’est limité en aucune façon. Nous pouvons donc le donner librement et abondamment sans craindre d’en manquer.

Nous ne pouvons pas espérer faire toutes ces choses sans que la puissance de Dieu agisse en nous. Il faut l’action surnaturelle du Saint-Esprit, le Christ vivant en nous.

Dans le chapitre 13 des Corinthiens, Paul décrit comment aimer. La définition et la norme de l’amour est Dieu, car Dieu est Amour. Et l’Amour est Dieu, Lisez 1 Jean 4:7-13

Quand nous lisons la lettre que Paul a écrite aux Corinthiens, ici au chapitre 13, nous voyons

Une description de l’amour qui reflète presque le fruit de l’esprit qu’il a énuméré dans les Galates. Les fruits poussent et c’est la bonne nouvelle. Il croît par sa force et non par la vôtre… c’est aussi une bonne nouvelle.

Voici une comparaison. Tout d’abord, l’amour de Dieu est spirituel et ne fait pas naturellement partie de l’humanité.

L’amour est un fruit de l’Esprit. Gal 5:22

Le fruit de l’Esprit est la patience Gal 5:22 μακροθυμία makrothymia

L’amour est la bonté 1 Cor 13:4 χρηστεύομαι chrēsteuomai

Le fruit de l’Esprit est la douceur (gentillesse) χρηστότης chrēstotēs et la bonté ἀγαθωσύνη agathōsynē. Ces mots travaillent main dans la main. Lorsque nous ne sommes pas tous si préoccupés par nos petits besoins, et que nous pensons aux besoins des autres comme étant plus grands. Nous pouvons leur être utiles et c’est ce que Chrestotes veut dire ici. Lorsque nous le sommes, nous sommes également bons envers les gens en leur faisant du bien et en répondant à leurs besoins.

Et le contraire est décrit pour nous donner un certain contraste dans 1 Cor 13:4

“Il n’est pas envieux, il ne se vante pas, il n’est pas orgueilleux”.

L’amour n’est pas désireux d’être meilleur que l’autre, de ne pas se mettre en avant, de ne pas être arrogant ou trop fier de soi. L’amour sait avec confiance qu’il a tout ce dont il a besoin, et il pense aux autres.

Pour illustrer davantage ce que signifie être aimable ou doux avec tous et ne pas être arrogant, Paul oppose les œuvres de la chair dans les Galates au fruit de la gentillesse et de la bonté.

L’idolâtrie, la sorcellerie, la haine, les disputes, les émulations, la colère, les querelles, les séditions, les hérésies,

Lorsque nous ne marchons pas dans l’amour ou que nous ne grandissons pas avec l’esprit, nous travaillons les choses nous-mêmes par la chair. Nous nous sentons comme si nous avions besoin d’attraper et de saisir quelque chose de plus. Dans cette liste, il y a certaines choses que nous ne voulons pas faire, l’une d’entre elles est d’avoir des divergences. En grec, c’est “Eris”, qui signifie arguments, désaccords et discorde. Ce n’est pas être gentil et doux. Ou les émulations ζῆλος qui signifient rivalité jalouse. Avoir une attitude de “moi d’abord” n’est pas aimable. Et avec ces choses viennent la colère et la fureur, puis la dispute provoquant la séparation et la division. C’est le diable qui travaille, mais avec l’esprit, nous pouvons apporter la paix et la victoire. Par le fruit de l’esprit qui agit en nous, nous devenons aimables. Nous pensons aux autres avant de penser à nous. Jésus en était le parfait exemple.

Cor 13:5

Il ne déshonore pas les autres, il n’est pas égoïste, il ne se met pas facilement en colère, il ne garde pas de traces de ses erreurs.

Le King James traduit “ne garde pas trace de ses fautes” par “ne pense pas au mal”. Cela peut être un peu trompeur puisque nous devons être conscients du mal et devenir sages comme des serpents. Nous devons être conscients du mal pour l’éviter. Nous devons éclairer et exposer le mal, mais en même temps pardonner à la personne et lui accorder plus de grâce.

L’amour pardonne tout. Il ne garde pas trace des millions de fois où quelqu’un vous a fait du mal. Dieu ne garde pas non plus de traces. L’amour n’est pas rancunier.

Nous sommes les seuls à en avoir. Dieu seul sait quelle est la différence entre le mal et le bien.

Jésus est venu comme un homme très doux et il nous a appris à être doux. En d’autres termes, nous avons besoin de lui pour être capables d’avoir de la patience lorsque les gens s’opposent à nous. Et être quand même gentil et bon. Mat 11:29

Prenez mon joug sur vous, et apprenez de moi ; car je suis doux G4235 et humble de coeur : et vous trouverez le repos pour vos âmes.

La douceur est une autre partie de la croissance du fruit du Christ en nous comme Galates 5:23 dit “La douceur, la tempérance, contre lesquelles il n’y a pas de loi. Et le dernier attribut de la liste du fruit de l’esprit du Christ en nous est le contrôle de soi. C’est un retour à l’amour, puisque l’amour nous donne le pouvoir sur la chair pour contrôler toutes ses mauvaises actions en nous et les remplacer par le fruit de la croissance dans l’amour.

1Co 13:6

L’amour ne prend pas plaisir au mal, mais se réjouit de la vérité.

La joie que nous éprouvons ne dépend pas du nombre de choses qui nous sont données. Nous avons déjà la joie puisque nous avons reçu le plus grand cadeau de tous…..la vie éternelle. Et Jésus-Christ est cette vie éternelle. Notre espoir éternel dans les plaisirs éternels nous apporte la joie.

Parce que Dieu a fait connaître le chemin de la vie en Christ et par le fruit de son esprit, nous avons une JOIE constante.

Psaume 16:11

Tu me fais connaître le chemin de la vie, tu me combles de joie en ta présence, tu me donnes des plaisirs éternels à ta droite.

Rm 15, 13

Que le Dieu de l’espérance vous remplisse de toute joie et de toute paix en vous confiant en lui, afin que vous débordiez d’espérance par la puissance du Saint-Esprit.

Dieu nous remplit de joie et cela fait partie du fruit de l’esprit qu’il nous a donné. Nous pouvons maintenant nous réjouir avec la Vérité qui est Jésus !

Gal 5:22

Mais le fruit de l’Esprit, c’est l’amour, la joie, la paix, la longanimité, la douceur, la bonté, la foi,

Il protège toujours, il fait toujours confiance, il espère toujours, il persévère toujours.

L’amour fait toujours confiance et croit, et cela vient de l’esprit comme le fruit de la Foi.

Et avec cette foi, il y a la paix. Nous ne sommes plus en guerre contre Dieu car nous savons qu’il nous aime. Nous pouvons avoir confiance en Lui et nous pouvons avoir la paix avec tous les hommes.

L’amour nous apporte la joie parce que nous savons que nous avons le plus grand de tous les dons.

L’amour le croit et par conséquent nous pouvons faire confiance et avoir la foi en notre Père qui est TOUT AMOUR.

Lorsque nous marchons dans l’amour ou dans l’esprit, nous avons accompli toute la loi.

Gal 5:23

Douceur, tempérance : il n’y a pas de loi contre ces qualités.

That is the secret to success in this life. Not how many toys you die with. I never saw a uhaul follow a hearse to the grace. Have you?

We live in very materialistic consumer days. We are taught that believing equals prosperity in money and things. We are taught the American Gospel of Prosperity, Beware it is a lie and those that try working there way to get on top never get there. (We are already seated in the heavenly places and what is on top of that?)

and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain.

This the secret. A Godly relation is the way to Joy not money.  Seaking material goods and imagining that being close to God means you have to be rich to be happy is a BIG LIE!

Do you want to be rich? Well how about being full of the greatest of all riches? 

When we know love for others. We know Gods love for us.

Eph 3:19

and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

If we are filled not with a part of God or some of God but ALL of GOD. Wow! How can you have more than Infinity?  How can a man, a broken body and 70 years, be filled with God? He would explode his earth suit. And that is the idea. We will be less self and more like Love.

This was the Apostle Pauls prayer for us

“that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”

Yet we can give lots of stuff and still be miserable. We can give everything but without love why are we doing it?  The only other reason is fear. We are afraid of not pleasing God. We are afraid of not pleasing our family or the community. But with fear there is torment and never any rest. Rest in love is the secret!

We must Give and live because we know we are OK. We can rest in His grace and then we can love freely. Otherwise we are very very poor, without love.

1Co 13:3

If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned,[fn] but have not love, I gain nothing.

So what is Love?

Love is what God showed us when He freely gave His own Son to save the world!

Love is what God is. He, who created the world as Paradise, gives freely and is happy when He does. God is full of good gifts, forgiveness and mercy to all! Because the Corinthians were losing sight of God and His Love the Apostle Paul was correcting them to get back to the right Way with the is letter. Jesus was the Way God showed His true self to world. It is beyond understanding that He would give His life up. But because He took it back and gave us His eternal life we too can understand the impossible and we too can have joy.

1Co 13:4 esv

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant

1Co 13:5 esv

or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[

1Co 13:6 esv

it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

Without the help and power of the holy spirit these are foreign worlds. First we must ask Christ to be our Lord and enter our life. The pray and ask for the changing power to be more like Him and less like our old selves.

He lived a life like this and no one could touch Him. But when He was ready He gave His life. No one could touch Him. So this life is secure and it is Eternal

Love is Gods nature. He is patient, unbelievably patient with mankind. Much more than I could ever be without His nature and help in me. He showed patience

IN the King James it says “ Love suffereth long” and that was true in the English four hundred years ago. The word meant to be able to bear up under pressure. That takes strength and muscle not for the weak of heart!

The world in the Greek for Patience is Makrothumia  It comes from “Makro” meaning ‘big’ and the word “thumos” meaning “life, soul or passion” Put together it is a wonderful ability to be bigger than you problem.
 To love someone is to be bigger than their testing and fighting you.  You wait and continue to do good for them.

Patience “Makrothumia” is something that grows in you as your character grows more and more like Christ. It takes time, Sonlight or revelations, watering of the spirit and good food from the words of God. It is a fruit of the spirit of Christ.  And there are nine.

Gal 5:22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering (patience Makrothumia) , gentleness, goodness, faith,……

Jhn 15:1

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

Jesus is the Vine and we are His reprentatives in the world. The world can only be attracted by the beautiful fruit.

Jhn 15:5

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing

I can do all things in Christ Phil 4:13 tell us. It is about become more like Christ in the world and it is not about doing things for our self as a self made man would.

We need to be patient with others to allow them time to Grow…That is love for others!

We need to be patient with ourselves ….that is love of God for ourselves.

Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.

As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

It is so easy to react and lose patience but that is where we can fall and be patient with ourselves in learning to love like Christ did. It takes time and the Farmer God does wait for each of His precious plants to grow strong. Rooted and grounded in Love.

The nine characteristics of love we find are: patience, kindness, generosity, humility, courtesy, unselfishness, good temper, guilelessness, and sincerity. These nine characteristics or expressions of love communicate love of one human being to another regardless of background. No one will naturally express his love in all these ways, of course. Some people are patient and kind by nature, but they lack humility. We all need God’s help to love His way. The good thing is that He already did His part to help us by shedding His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, which is given unto us (Romans 5:5). This kind of love is not limited in any way. So we can give it away freely and abundantly without fearing to run out of it.

We cannot expect to just do all theses things without the power of God working in us. It takes the supernatural working of the holy spirit, Christ living in us.

In chapeter 13 of Corinthians Paul describes how to love. The definition and standard of Love is God for God is Love. And Love is God,  Read 1 John 4:7-13

When we read   the letter Paul wrote to the Corinthians here in chapter 13 we see

A description of love that almost mirrors the fruit of the spirit that he listed in Galations. Fruit Grows and that is the good news. It grows by His strength not your own…that is good news also.

Here is a comparison. First of all the Love of God is spiritual and not naturally a part of mankind

Love is Kindness  1 Cor 13:4 χρηστεύομαι chrēsteuomai

The fruit of the Spirit is Gentleness (Kindness) χρηστότης chrēstotēs and Goodness  ἀγαθωσύνη  agathōsynē. These words work hand in hand. When we are not all so concerned about our little needs, and think of others needs as bigger. We can be useful to them and that is what Chrestotes means here. When we are we are also being Good to people by doing good for them and supplying their needs.

And the opposite is described to give us some contrast in 1 Cor 13:4

“It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.”

Love is not eager to be better then the other, not putting your self in the lime light, and not to be arrogant or too full of yourself. Love confidently knows it has all it needs, and thinks of others.

To further illustrate what it means to be Kind or Gentle with all and not arrogant, Paul contrast the works of the flesh in Galatians with the fruit of Gentelness and Goodness

Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

When we are not walking in Love or growing with the spirit we are working things out ourselves by the flesh. We feel like we need to grab and grab somemore. IN this list are  some things we do not want to do, one  is to have variance.In Greek it is  “Eris”, meaning arguments and disagreements and discord. That is not being kind and gentle. Or emulations ζῆλος meaning jealous rivalry. Having a “me first” attitude is not Kind. And with these things come wrath and anger, then stife provoking  separation and division. This is the devil working but with the spirit we can bring peace and win. By the fruit of the spirit working in us we become kind. We think of others before ourselves. Jesus was the perfect example.

Cor 13:5

It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

King James translates “keeps no record of wrongs” as “thinketh no evil;”. That can be a little misleading since we are to be aware of evil and become wise as serpents. We need to be aware of evil to avoid it. We are to illuminate and expose evil, but at the same time forgive the person and give more grace.

Love forgives all things. It keeps not record of the million times someone has hurt you. God does not keep records either. Love does not hold grudges.

Only we do. Only God knows what is the difference between evil and good.

Jesus came as a very meek man and He taught us to be meek. In other words we need Him to be able to have the patience when people oppose us. And still be nice and good.

Mat 11:29

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek G4235 and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Meekness is another part of the growing of the fruit of Christ in us as Galatians 5:23 says “Meekness, temperance against such there is not law. And the last in the list of the attributes of the fruit of Christ’s spirit in us is Self control. It is back to love, since love gives us the power over the flesh to control all of its nasty works in us and replace with the fruit of growing in Love.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

The joy we experience doesn’t depend on how many things we are given things. We have Joy already since we have been given the greatest gift of all…..Eternal life. And Jesus Christ is this eternal life. Our Eternal Hope in Eternal pleasures  brings us joy.

Because God has made known the path of Life in Christ and by the fruit of His spirit we have constant JOY
Psa 16:11

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Rom 15:13

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

God fills us with joy and that is part of the fruit of the spirit He has given us. We now can rejoice with the  Truth who is Jesus!

Gal 5:22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love always trusts and believes, and this comes from the spirit as the fruit of Faith.

And with this faith is peace. We are no longer at war with God because we know He loves us. We can trust in Him and we can have peace with all men.

Love brings us joy because we know we have the greatest of all gifts

Love believes it and there fore we can trust and have faith in our Father who is ALL LOVE.

As we walk in love or in the spirit we have fulfilled all the Law

Gal 5:23

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Upon Love hang all the laws. Upon the cross all the laws hung

Mat 22:40

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Rom 8:4

That the righteousness of the law  might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Gal 5:18

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law

Fervent Love covers all so that you may grow in love and be free. So that you may be filled with all the riches of God the infinite one where there is no lack. If you want real riches, then there is a better way

And that way is to be filled with all the fulness of God. Be filled with all the Love that God is and you will never be poor or have lack.

A friend’s eight-year-old boy complained that his class cannot celebrate Christmas although 19 of 20 kids are Christian. The twentieth is Jewish, and guess what, they are learning about Chanukah!  The boy made a bewildered face, as if to say, what’s going on?  What’s going on is that the goyim are being inducted into a Satanic cult called Cabalist Judaism. What more proof do you need? The best response is to celebrate the birth of Christ with more fervour than ever before.

Each year, Christmas becomes a fading a reflection of Christmas’ past.  What do the Satanist Jews have against Jesus?

He is the antithesis of the up-side-down world they are creating. Jesus taught that God is Love, and he loves everyone equally. He taught that God is a moral force – Morality is the Fourth Dimension. We must ascend the grease-pole of Consciousness if we are to know the true grandeur of human life.

They reject God and hate Jesus. The covidscam is a war against God, Love, and humanity, and it’s going to get worse. The “Great Reset” is Communism.    

Agenda 2030 is literally Agenda 1984. They are determined to degrade, dispossess and enslave us.  WAKE UP FOLKS!  (Satanism Explained)

I repost this 2005 article to show that Satanists have been cancelling Christmas for a long time.

“Did you enjoy the Holiday Concert?” the school principal asked my friend.

“Yes, but why didn’t you call it a Christmas Concert?’

“Oh I can’t. The Superintendent said the concert must be inclusive of all the diverse cultures in the school. We are not allowed to mention Christmas, Christ, or Jesus.”

My friend was bewildered. The school is 95% Christian. Yet all the carols with Christian references were performed as instrumentals. Instead they recited “In Flanders Fields,” a poem commemorating the dead from World War One!

This humiliating scene was replayed millions of times this Christmas season. Some Christian groups even boycotted retailers who dropped the word Christmas from their advertising. Celebrating the central Christian holiday, and even saying “Merry Christmas” has become a political act.

Why has this happened? The answer isn’t pretty. The world financial elite wants to eradicate Christianity. Their forerunners crucified Christ. Christianity gives everyone a piece of the pie and elitists want it all for themselves.

According to Christianity, all human beings were created in God’s image, i.e. Divine Truth resides in every soul. Accordingly, God loves everyone equally and human life is sacred. Our birthright is to know God by following Christ’s teachings. 

On the other hand, the New World Order wants to corrupt and debase humanity and snuff out any spark of Divinity. They want to allot us “human rights” (which they determine) instead of acknowledging our God given rights. You see, animals are better to herd and cull.

“DIVERSITY”

In a truly pluralistic society, all major religions would be officially recognized. This is especially true of Christianity, the founding heritage practised by 80% of Americans.

In our society however, some people are in George Orwell’s words, “more equal than others.” “Diversity” is a devious ploy to subjugate the Christian majority. Christians have to take a back seat to 1.5% of Jews for whom Chanukah is an insignificant holiday that doesn’t even fall on December 25 half of the time. (I won’t mention “Kwanza” since most Blacks are Christian.)

To degrade humanity, the elite has to dynamite the four pillars of human identity: race, religion, nation and family. Just as it promotes homosexuality and fe-manism to undermine family, it uses Jewish holidays to destroy Christianity.

The truth is that most Jews and other non-Christians would be happy to make Christmas an official national holiday. Some Jews and Muslims even started groups to promote the authentic celebration of Christmas. No one can object to the spirit of Divine Love and human brotherhood that Christ represents. It is the heart and soul of Christmas.

No one objects except the foreign-based central bankers and the monolithic occult (i.e. Masonic) political and cultural establishment that they employ.

Masons are behind the spurious division of religion and state. In his book “Unholy Alliances” Dr. James Wardner points out that the Supreme Court had a Masonic majority during the 30-year period 1941-1971 when the court “erected a wall separating the religious from the secular. It was an epoch when prayer and Bible reading were erased from public education…” (P.72)

Paul Fisher (in “Behind the Lodge Door”) suggests, “Masons have succeeded in having their religion dominate American society.” (P.244)

“Freemasonry historically has been a revolutionary worldwide movement organized to advance Cabbalistic Gnosticism; to undermine and …destroy Christianity; to infuse Masonic philosophy into key government structures; and to subvert any government which does not comport with Masonic principles.” (P.16)

The destruction of Christianity is a main goal of Communism, a spawn of the banking elite through its Masonic arm. Communist/Masonic governments persecuted and murdered Christians in Russia, China, Spain, Mexico, France etc.

THE WIDER ATTACK

The attack on Christmas is part of a wider war on Christianity in the USA.

Incredible as it sounds, a US Navy Chaplain is being fired because he insists on praying “in Jesus’ name.” He went on a hunger strike to persuade President Bush to rectify this situation. Seventy-three Congressmen wrote Oct 25 letter, that while 80% of soldiers are Christians, “it is increasingly difficult for Christian Chaplains to use the name of Jesus when praying.” (Washington Times, Dec. 21, 205)

If Jews were subjected to this persecution, there would be howls of “anti-Semitism” yet Christians meekly accept it. There isn’t a murmur when a Jewish judge lets a man blasphemously change his name to Jesus Christ two days before Christmas. But examine the exact dimensions of the Jewish holocaust and all hell breaks loose.

George W. Bush who claimed to be a born-again Christian is in fact a member of the Satanic (Masonic) “Skull and Bones.” He sent a “Happy Holiday” card from the White House. Nevertheless the House of Representative fought hard to have the Capitol Christmas Tree called that and passed a symbolic resolution upholding Christmas “symbols and traditions”.

Meanwhile when Homeland Security Commissar Michael Chertoff lighted a Chanukah Menorah, nobody suggested that it be called a “Holiday Candle.”

Using guilt generated by the Jewish holocaust, the elitists are conditioning Christians to defer to Jews and meekly forfeit their beliefs and institutions. Naturally, this is causing anti-Semitism.

Happily, some Christians are standing up. There was uproar in a Long Island community when a Jewish town Supervisor interrupted a Catholic priest who evoked Christ when blessing a Christmas tree at a lighting ceremony.

“This is inappropriate,” the Supervisor said. “I just want to make it clear that this is in no way a religious ceremony.”

In a wider context, a high school student in Pittsfield MA refused to wear a yellow Star of David; similar to the ones the Nazis forced Jews to wear. It was part of an exercise to “teach empathy.”

Samantha Gage, 13, said: “Many people won’t learn anything except that their religion (if they’re not Jewish) isn’t good enough and that being Jewish or expressing Jewish symbols is a better religion and the only way to get the grades we deserve.”

Not all Jews are part of this ruling caste but only those Jews (and non-Jews) who work for the central bankers through the web of corporations, foundations, media holdings, universities etc. that constitutes the US Establishment.

The majority of Jews like myself want no part of the New World Order, which actually plans to stamp out true Judaism (and Jews) along with Christianity and Christians. (see “seal the door where evil dwells” )

But the bankers would love to deflect hostility against all Jews, not just the ones that work for them. This way opposition to their malevolent plan can be dismissed as hate and prejudice.

FINALLY

We keep hearing alarming reports that the United States is becoming a Christian theocracy. This is funny given the treatment Christmas is receiving. Martin Luther King merits a national holiday but not Christ.

Jay Leno made the point that it’s OK to name Halloween. “So we have a holiday for Demons and Witches but not one for Christ?” (Very telling.) He heard the movie “Miracle on 34th Street” was being re-titled “Coincidence on 34th Street.”

Next year Christians must boycott all events and stores that pass Christmas off as a generic holiday. They must organize counter events, which are authentic celebrations. 

Christ said: “So every one who acknowledges me before men, I will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven; but whoever denies me before men, I also will also deny before my Father who is in heaven.” (Mathew 10:32-33)

Then he said:“Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace but a sword.”

We can no more take religion out of national life than we can take light out of a room without being left in darkness. The new treatment of Christmas is more proof that we are being subjected to a stealth campaign of behaviour modification. The only way to stop the downward spiral is for the US to accept Christianity as its official religion, as part of a religious revival that would involve putting the current criminal satanic leadership in jail and getting out of Iraq.

In Israel, Jews have no trouble mentioning Passover. Christians also need a national homeland where they can officially observe their beliefs. What better place than the United States?

L’amour est. Le mot original pour amour (agapē) est le même mot utilisé pour décrire Dieu dans 1 Jean 4:8. “Dieu est amour.” Puisque Dieu est la source et la définition de l’amour inconditionnel, ce merveilleux passage sur l’amour, peut aussi être lu comme une image du vrai caractère de Dieu. Si je parle les langues des hommes et des anges, et si je n’ai pas la charité (l’amour), je suis comme l’airain qui sonne, ou comme une cymbale qui tinte.

Nous pouvons faire beaucoup de choses. Des œuvres sans amour. Nous pouvons aussi être motivés par la peur. La peur de Dieu. La peur du prêtre et la peur de l’église ou la peur de notre gouvernement. Mais cela ne va pas nous faire grandir, nous devons grandir dans l’amour et prospérer dans l’amour. L’amour de Dieu d’abord. Ensuite, les œuvres suivront naturellement et nous grandirons pour être comme Dieu.

La peur ne vient pas de Dieu mais de l’ennemi. Si nous pensons que nous pouvons travailler dur pour gagner l’amour de Dieu, nous sommes trompés par l’ennemi. C’est un mensonge. Nous sommes aimés inconditionnellement par Dieu parce qu’il est amour et ce chapitre de la lettre de Paul explique ce qu’il est.

C’est une image de l’amour et beaucoup la mettent sur leur réfrigérateur et l’oublient.

Elle a été placée là où elle est pour une bonne raison. Les corinthiens avaient perdu de vue l’amour et étaient occupés à essayer d’impressionner Dieu et les autres avec leur parler en langues, leurs dons spirituels et autres. Mais tout cela n’est rien, si cela part d’un cœur de crainte. Toutes ces œuvres ne signifient rien pour Dieu et ne sont pas bonnes en réalité. Toute œuvre doit provenir de l’amour de Dieu pour nous, sinon nous ne sommes rien. Vous êtes juste comme un cuivre qui tinte.

Ce n’est pas que les œuvres ne sont rien, le parler en langues n’est pas critiqué, mais le manque d’amour est le problème abordé ici. Vous devez d’abord connaître Dieu et qui il est….LOVE./ Sinon toutes les bonnes œuvres du monde ne feront rien pour vous ou pour Dieu.

1Co 13:2

Et quand j’aurais le don de prophétie, quand je comprendrais tous les mystères et toute la science, quand j’aurais toute la foi, au point d’enlever des montagnes, quand je n’aurais pas la charité, je ne suis rien.

1Co 13:3

Et quand je distribuerais tous mes biens pour nourrir les pauvres, quand je donnerais mon corps pour être brûlé, si je n’ai pas la charité, cela ne me sert de rien.

Je serai béni et je serai exalté si je donne ma vie par amour. Mais si je le fais uniquement par peur pour sauver ma peau……i ne me profite pas. Je ne serai rien et je ne recevrai rien de Dieu.

La peur et l’amour ne s’entendent pas. Ils sont comme l’huile et l’eau ou la lumière et les ténèbres.

1Jo 4:18

Il n’y a pas de crainte dans l’amour ; mais l’amour parfait chasse la crainte, car la crainte est un tourment. Celui qui craint n’est pas parfait dans l’amour.

Ce n’est que lorsque nous connaissons et réalisons l’Amour que Dieu a pour nous que nous pouvons faire des choses pour le Royaume de Dieu. Sinon, tout notre travail est inutile. Nous ne pouvons pas nous sauver nous-mêmes, c’est futile. Mais Dieu l’a déjà fait par le Christ Jésus ! Nous pouvons nous reposer dans ses bras et ensuite nous pouvons sortir en accomplissant les œuvres que Dieu a déjà prévu de faire pour ses enfants.

1Jo 4:9

En ceci a été manifesté l’amour de Dieu envers nous, puisque Dieu a envoyé son Fils unique dans le monde, afin que nous vivions par lui.

Si nous ne comprenons pas l’amour, nous ne pouvons pas comprendre Dieu. Car Il est la définition de l’Amour.

Aucun homme n’a jamais vu Dieu. Si nous nous aimons les uns les autres, Dieu habite en nous, et son amour est parfait en nous.

Pourtant, Jésus-Christ est venu naître dans ce monde en tant qu’homme. Un homme qui a totalement révélé qui est DIEU dans le corps d’un homme. Puisqu’il était le propre Fils de Dieu ainsi qu’un homme. L’homme n’avait que des aperçus de l’amour de Dieu et ne pouvait commencer à voir l’amour de Dieu qu’à travers des lunettes noires. Les prophètes ont commencé à révéler le cœur de Dieu par petites touches. Mais lorsque le Fils de Dieu est apparu en tant qu’homme, le cœur de Dieu a été pleinement révélé au monde. Il était la parole en chair et en os et il était celui qui a expliqué l’amour en donnant sa propre vie pour nous sauver.

Aucun homme ne peut voir Dieu parce que l’homme n’a eu que des yeux de chair qui pouvaient voir le monde matériel. Lorsque le Christ est venu, ils ont pu voir Dieu. Dieu est esprit et il est invisible pour l’œil physique. Mais lorsque Jésus est venu, ils ont vu Dieu à travers lui. Et maintenant qu’il a donné son propre esprit saint à tous les hommes qui ont cru en lui, ils peuvent aussi voir Dieu par révélation.

Lorsque nous marchons dans cet Esprit du Christ, nous aussi nous montrons Dieu. Quand les hommes nous verront, ils verront Dieu se perfectionner en nous !

Mais tout a commencé par l’Amour et Dieu est Amour. Et parce qu’il l’est, il donne tout à sa création bien-aimée. Même son propre Fils. Lorsque nous réalisons cette bonne nouvelle de la grâce, nous pouvons aussi être remplis de son esprit d’amour. Alors nos œuvres auront un sens. Parce que nous montrons Dieu au monde.

El amor es. La palabra original para amor (agapē) es la misma que se utiliza para describir a Dios en 1 Juan 4:8. “Dios es amor”. Puesto que Dios es la fuente y la definición del amor incondicional, este maravilloso pasaje sobre el amor, también puede leerse como una imagen del verdadero carácter de Dios. Dios es paciente y bondadoso. Dios no se deja provocar fácilmente y no tiene en cuenta el mal. Dios todo lo soporta, todo lo cree, todo lo espera y todo lo soporta. Dios nunca falla.

El que no ama no conoce a Dios, porque Dios es amor.

Si yo hablase lenguas humanas y angélicas, y no tengo caridad (AMOR), vengo a ser como metal que resuena, o címbalo que retiñe.

Podemos hacer muchas cosas. Obras sin amor. También podemos estar motivados por el miedo. Miedo de Dios. Miedo del Sacerdote y miedo de la iglesia o miedo de nuestro gobierno. Pero eso no nos va a hacer crecer, Debemos crecer en el amor y prosperar en el Amor. Primero el amor de Dios. Entonces las obras seguirán naturalmente y creceremos para ser como Dios.

Si pensamos que podemos trabajar duro para ganar el amor de Dios estamos engañados por el enemigo. Es una mentira. Somos amados incondicionalmente por Dios porque El es amor y este capitulo de la carta de Pablo explica lo que es.

Este es un cuadro de amor y muchos lo ponen en su refrigerador y lo olvidan.

Esto fue puesto donde esta por una buena razon. Los corintios habian perdido de vista el amor y estaban ocupados tratando de impresionar a Dios y a otros con su hablar en lenguas, dones espirituales y cosas asi. Pero todo es nada, si comienza con un corazon de temor. Todas estas obras no significan nada para Dios y no son buenas en realidad. Todo trabajo debe provenir del amor de Dios por nosotros o no somos nada. Eres como un metal que tintinea.

Hablar en lenguas no esta siendo criticado pero la falta de amor es el problema tratado aqui. Primero debes conocer a Dios y quien es El….LOVE./ De otra manera todas las buenas obras en el mundo no haran nada por ti o por Dios.

1Co 13:2

Y aunque tenga el don de profecía, y entienda todos los misterios y toda la ciencia; y aunque tenga toda la fe, de tal manera que pueda trasladar montañas, y no tenga caridad, nada soy.

1Co 13:3

Y aunque repartiese todos mis bienes para dar de comer a los pobres, y aunque entregase mi cuerpo para ser quemado, y no tengo caridad, de nada me sirve.

Seré bendecido y enaltecido si doy mi vida por amor. Pero si lo hago sólo por miedo a salvar mi pellejo……i no me aprovecha. No seré nada y nada recibiré de Dios.

El miedo y el amor no se llevan bien. Son como el aceite y el agua o la luz y las tinieblas.

1Jo 4:18

En el amor no hay temor, sino que el perfecto amor echa fuera el temor; porque el temor atormenta. El que teme no es perfecto en el amor.

Sólo cuando conocemos y nos damos cuenta del Amor que Dios nos tiene, podemos hacer cosas por el Reino de Dios. De lo contrario, todo nuestro trabajo es inútil. No podemos salvarnos a nosotros mismos, es inutil. Pero Dios ya lo ha hecho por Chirst Jesus!!!. Podemos descansar en Sus brazos y entonces podemos salir haciendo obras que Dios ya ha planeado que Sus hijos hagan.

1Jo 4:9

En esto se manifestó el amor de Dios para con nosotros, en que Dios envió a su Hijo unigénito al mundo, para que vivamos por él.

Si no entendemos el amor, no podemos entender a Dios. Porque Él es la definición del Amor.

1Juan 4:8

El que no ama no conoce a Dios, porque Dios es amor.

Solo entonces nuestras obras pueden significar algo

1Juan 4:7

Amados, amémonos unos a otros; porque el amor es de Dios; y todo aquel que ama, es nacido de Dios, y conoce a Dios.

1Jo 4:12

Nadie ha visto a Dios jamás. Si nos amamos unos a otros, Dios habita en nosotros, y su amor se ha perfeccionado en nosotros.

Sin embargo Jesucristo vino a nacer en este mundo como un hombre. Un hombre que revelo totalmente quien es DIOS en el cuerpo de un hombre. Ya que Él era el propio Hijo de Dios, así como un hombre. El hombre solo tenia vislumbres del amor de Dios y solo podia empezar a ver el amor de Dios a traves de lentes oscuros. Los profetas comenzaron a revelar el corazón de Dios en pequeñas partes. Pero cuando el Hijo de Dios apareció como hombre, el corazón de Dios se reveló al mundo por completo. ÉL era la palabra en carne y ÉL fue quien explicó el Amor entregando Su propia vida para salvarnos.

Ningún hombre puede ver a Dios porque el hombre sólo ha tenido ojos de carne que podían ver el mundo material. Cuando Cristo vino entonces pudieron ver a Dios. Dios es espiritu y es invisible al ojo fisico. Pero cuando Jesús vino ellos vieron a Dios a través de El. Y ahora que EL dio Su propio espíritu santo a todos los hombres que le creyeron, ahora ellos también pueden ver a Dios por revelación.

Cuando caminamos en este Espíritu de Cristo nosotros también mostramos a Dios. Cuando los hombres nos ven ellos verán a Dios siendo perfeccionado en nosotros.

Pero todo empezó con Amor y Dios es Amor. Y porque Él es Él da todo a Su creación amada. Incluso a su propio HIJO. Cuando nos damos cuenta de esta buena noticia de la Gracia podemos estar llenos de su espiritu de amor tambien. Entonces nuestras obras significaran algo. Porque estamos mostrando a Dios al mundo.

Love is. The original word for love (agapē) is the same word used to describe God in 1 John 4:8. “God is love.” Since God is the source and definition of unconditional love, this wonderful passage about love, can also be read as a picture of God’s true character. God is patient and kind. God is not easily provoked and keeps no account of wrong. God bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. God never fails.

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1Co 13:1

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charit (LOVE)y, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

We can do a lot of things. Works without love. We can also be motivated by fear. Fear of God. Fear of the Priest and fear of the church or fear of our government. But that is not going to make us grow, We must grow in love and thrive in Love. Gods love first. Then works will natural follow and we will grow to be like God.

Fear is not from God but from the enemy, If we think we can work hard to earn Gods love we are deceived by the enemy. It is a lie. We are loved unconditionally by God because He is love and this chapter of Pauls letter explains what it is.

This is a picture of love and many put it on their refrigerator and forget it.

This was placed where it is for a good reason. The corinthians had lost sight of love and were busy trying to impress GOd and others with their speaking in tongues, spiritual gifts and such. But all is nothing, if it starts out of a heart of fear. All these works mean nothing to God and do not good in reality. All work must stem from Gods love for us or we are nothing. You are just like a tinkling brass.

Not that the works are nothing.Speaking in tongues is not being criticized but lack of love is the problem addressed here. You must first know God and who He is….LOVE./ Otherwise all the good works in the world will not do anything for you or God.

1Co 13:2

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

1Co 13:3

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

I will be blessed and become exalted if i give up my life for love. But if I do it only out of fear to save my skin……i doesn’t profit me. I will be nothing and nothing will I receive from God.

Fear and love do not get along. There are like Oil and water or Light and darkness.

1Jo 4:18

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Only when we know and realize the Love that God has for us can we do things for the Kingdom of God. Otherwise all our work is useless. We cannot save ourselves, it is futile. But God already has by Chirst Jesus!!. We can rest in His arms and then we can walk out doing works that God has already planned for His children to do.

1Jo 4:9

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

If we have no understanding of love, we cannot understand God. For He is the definition of Love.

1Jo 4:8

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Only then can our works mean anything

1Jo 4:7

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

1Jo 4:12

No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

Yet Jesus Christ came to be born in this world as a man. A man who totally revealed who GOD is in the body of a man. Since He was Gods own Son as well as a man. Man only had glimpses of the love God and only could begin to see Gods love through dark glasses. The prophets began to reveal the heart of God in small parts. But when the Son of God showed up as a man, The heart of God was revealed to the world fully. HE was the word in the flesh and HE was the one who explained Love by laying down His own life to save us.

No man can see God because man has had only eyes of flesh that could see the material world. When Christ came then they could see God. God is spirit and He is invisible to the physical eye. But when Jesus came they saw God through Him. And now that HE gave His own holy spirit to all men who believed Him, now they to can see God by revelation.

When we walk in this Spirit of Christ we too show God. When men see us they will see God being perfected in us!

But it all started with Love and God is Love. And because He is He gives everything to His beloved creation. Even His own SON. WHen we realize this good news of Grace we can be filled with His spirit of love too. Then our works will means something. Because we are showing God to the world.

1 Corintios 12:13 RVR

Porque por un solo Espíritu fuimos todos bautizados en un cuerpo, sean judíos o griegos, sean esclavos o libres; y a todos se nos dio a beber de un mismo Espíritu.

Bautizados. Cada creyente ha sido bautizado o colocado en Cristo Jesús por el Espíritu Santo. “Porque todos los que habéis sido bautizados en Cristo” (Gal. 3:27). Ver entrada de Bautismo.

Todos somos uno en esta vida y no podemos ser individualistas separados. Somos individuos reunidos por Dios en un Cuerpo, una asamblea, la “Iglesia Espiritual” de todos los tiempos. Debemos funcionar en armonía obedeciendo a la Cabeza Cristo más que a nuestra cabeza de carne. Conferimos con el Cristo vivo en la oración espiritual viva y la revelación.

Somos refrescados por el espíritu santo como si bebiéramos agua viva. Somos vivificados por el agua y sin ella morimos físicamente de sed antes que de hambre.

El espíritu santo es la única cosa que nos puede lavar. Como el agua es el mejor de todos los limpiadores, pero no puede limpiar nuestra naturaleza pecaminosa. El espíritu santo puede.

El agua viva puede limpiar y puede saciar nuestra sed.

El agua no puede tocar nuestros pecados solo el bautismo del espíritu santo.

Juan el Bautista nos lo dijo: Su bautismo de agua fue solo para guiar a Israel a Jesus, Ahora somos bautizados en el espiritu. Eso es lo que simbolizaba el agua. Con el más grande que vino, Jesús, el menos fue reemplazado “bautismo de agua”

Yo a la verdad os he bautizado con agua; pero él os bautizará con Espíritu Santo.

Y cuando los discípulos buscaban poder para Israel, Jesús les respondió

Entonces los que se habían reunido le preguntaron, diciendo: Señor, ¿restaurarás el reino a Israel en este tiempo?

Y les dijo: No os toca a vosotros saber los tiempos o las sazones, que el Padre puso en su sola potestad;

pero recibiréis poder, cuando haya venido sobre vosotros el Espíritu Santo, y me seréis testigos en Jerusalén, en toda Judea, en Samaria, y hasta lo último de la tierra.

El don del espíritu santo es el bautismo que Jesús ofrecía a la mujer del Pozo. No era el agua que sólo podía saciar la sed de vez en cuando. Era el agua viva del don del espíritu santo. Cuando Jesús empezó a hablar a la mujer samaritana que buscaba agua en el pozo, dijo:

“Respondió Jesús y le dijo: Si conocieras el don de Dios, y quién es el que te dice: Dame de beber; tú le pedirías, y él te daría agua viva.” Juan 4:10

Jesús fue el regalo de Dios al mundo entero. Y Jesús nos dio el camino para recibir esta “Agua Viva”

Él dará el don del espíritu santo a todos los que tengan sed y lo pidan.

Juan 4:13-14 RVR

Respondió Jesús y le dijo: Cualquiera que bebiere de esta agua, volverá a tener sed; mas el que bebiere del agua que yo le daré, no tendrá sed jamás; sino que el agua que yo le daré será en él una fuente de agua que salte para vida eterna.

A diferencia del agua física, el agua viva saciará y seguirá saciando a quienes sean bautizados en ella. Necesitamos beber en el mismo espíritu como Pablo nos dijo en Corintios 12:13 “todos fuimos hechos para beber de un mismo Espíritu”

Y todos debemos ser bautizados en Un solo Cristo por este espíritu santo. No bautizarnos sin Cristo, o mojarnos o lavarnos en agua bendita. Solo somos lavados en la sangre de Jesus.

Juan 7:37 RVR

En el último y gran día de la fiesta, Jesús se puso en pie y alzó la voz, diciendo: Si alguno tiene sed, venga a mí y beba.

En este día Jesús se paró frente al Templo donde los judíos acababan de terminar de derramar agua sobre el altar. Que religioso y amable de su parte recordarle a Dios lo que El hizo. Pero el agua viva estaba delante de ellos.

En el último día, ese gran día de la fiesta: La Fiesta de los Tabernáculos duró ocho días. Durante los primeros siete días, el agua del estanque de Siloé se llevaba en un cántaro de oro y se derramaba en el altar para recordar a todos el agua que Dios proporcionó milagrosamente a un Israel sediento en el desierto. Parece que en el octavo día no se derramó agua -sólo se oró por agua- para recordarles que habían entrado en la Tierra Prometida.

Los discípulos que creyeron en Cristo y escucharon sus palabras no llegaron tarde al Templo en los días de Pentecostés. Ellos recibieron esta agua viva cuando fue derramada sobre ellos.

Porque Juan ciertamente bautizó con agua, mas vosotros seréis bautizados con el Espíritu Santo dentro de no muchos días.

¡Jesús en Su Cuerpo Resucitado enseñó esto a aquellos que creyeron en Él!

En el Día de Pentecostés que fue escogido por Dios para dar su Don de espíritu santo fue derramado como si fuera fuego. El agua limpia y el fuego también. Ellos fueron llenos de nueva vida nuevo poder.

Jer 17,14-15 RVR “Sáname, oh Jehová, y seré sano; sálvame, y seré salvo; porque tú eres mi alabanza. Sáname, Yahveh, y sanaré; sálvame, y seré salvo; porque tú eres mi alabanza”. He aquí que ellos me dicen: ¿Dónde está la palabra de Jehová? ¡Que se cumpla ahora!

La Fuente de vida vino a través de la sangre de Jesús. Después de que Él derramó Su sangre en la cruz, todo el pecado del mundo fue borrado. Al menos para todos los que creen en Él y en Su cruz.

Ahora la fuente de agua viva vino en forma de lenguas de fuego en el día de Pentecostés. Y los que creyeron en Jesús fueron llenos de este vino nuevo, o agua viva. Literalmente era el don del espiritu santo. Literalmente era Dios que es el Espiritu Santo derramandose en ellos. Dios en Cristo en nosotros. Y continuó cada día hasta hoy para todos los que piden al Señor ser llenos de Su espíritu. Todos bebemos de esta misma agua viva.

No del agua rancia de la religión que se pudre en las cisternas. Esa agua de los templos religiosos no puede curar ni dar nueva vida. Sólo el agua viva del espíritu puede. Ningún bautizo, bautismo o inmersión en la orilla del río hará nada sin el agua viva de Cristo.

1 Corinthiens 12:13

Car c’est par un seul Esprit que nous avons tous été baptisés pour former un seul corps, Juifs ou Grecs, esclaves ou libres, et que nous avons tous été abreuvés d’un seul Esprit.

Baptisés. Chaque croyant a été baptisé ou placé en Jésus-Christ par le Saint-Esprit. “Pour vous tous qui avez été baptisés dans le Christ” (Gal. 3:27). Voir l’entrée pour le baptême.

Nous sommes tous unis dans cette vie et ne pouvons pas être des individualistes séparés. Nous sommes des individus mis ensemble par Dieu dans un seul corps, une seule assemblée, l'”Église spirituelle” de tous les temps. Nous devons fonctionner en harmonie en obéissant à la tête Christ plus qu’à notre tête de chair. Nous conférons avec le Christ vivant dans la prière spirituelle vivante et la révélation.

Nous sommes rafraîchis par le Saint-Esprit comme si nous buvions de l’eau vive. Nous sommes rendus vivants par l’eau et sans elle nous mourrons physiquement de soif avant d’avoir faim.

Le Saint-Esprit est la seule chose qui peut nous laver. Comme l’eau est le meilleur de tous les nettoyants, mais ne peut pas nettoyer notre nature pécheresse. Le Saint-Esprit le peut.

L’eau vive peut nettoyer et étancher notre soif.

L’eau ne peut pas effacer nos péchés, seul le baptême du Saint-Esprit le peut.

Jean le Baptiste nous l’a dit lui-même : Son baptême d’eau n’avait pour but que de conduire Israël à Jésus. Maintenant nous sommes baptisés dans l’esprit. C’est ce que l’eau symbolisait. Avec le plus grand qui est venu, Jésus, le moins a été remplacé par le “baptême d’eau”.

Moi, je vous ai baptisés d’eau; lui, il vous baptisera du Saint-Esprit.

Et lorsque les disciples cherchaient une puissance pour Israël, Jésus leur répondit

Alors les apôtres réunis lui demandèrent: Seigneur, est-ce en ce temps que tu rétabliras le royaume d’Israël?

 Il leur répondit: Ce n’est pas à vous de connaître les temps ou les moments que le Père a fixés de sa propre autorité.

Mais vous recevrez une puissance, le Saint-Esprit survenant sur vous, et vous serez mes témoins à Jérusalem, dans toute la Judée, dans la Samarie, et jusqu’aux extrémités de la terre.

Le don de l’esprit saint est le baptême que Jésus offrait à la femme au puits. Ce n’était pas l’eau qui ne pouvait étancher la soif qu’une fois de temps en temps. C’était l’eau vive du don du Saint-Esprit. Lorsque Jésus a commencé à parler à la femme samarienne qui cherchait de l’eau au puits, il a dit :

“Jésus lui répondit: Si tu connaissais le don de Dieu et qui est celui qui te dit: Donne-moi à boire! tu lui aurais toi-même demandé à boire, et il t’aurait donné de l’eau vive.” Jean 4:10 LSG

Jésus était le cadeau de Dieu au monde entier. Et Jésus nous a donné le moyen de recevoir cette “eau vive”.

Il donnera le don de l’esprit saint à tous ceux qui ont soif et le demandent.

Jn 4, 13-14 LSG

Jésus lui répondit: Quiconque boit de cette eau aura encore soif; mais celui qui boira de l’eau que je lui donnerai n’aura jamais soif, et l’eau que je lui donnerai deviendra en lui une source d’eau qui jaillira jusque dans la vie éternelle.

Contrairement à l’eau physique, l’eau vive rassasie et rassasie encore ceux qui sont baptisés en elle. Nous devons boire dans le même esprit comme Paul l’a dit dans Corinthiens 12:13 “nous avons tous été faits pour boire d’un seul Esprit”.

Et nous devons tous être baptisés en un seul Christ par cet esprit saint. Pas de baptême sans Christ, ni de trempage ou de lavage dans l’eau bénite. Seulement nous sommes lavés dans le sang de Jésus.

Jn 7,37 LSG

Le dernier jour, le grand jour de la fête, Jésus, se tenant debout, s’écria: Si quelqu’un a soif, qu’il vienne à moi, et qu’il boive.

Ce jour-là, Jésus se tenait devant le Temple où les Juifs venaient de finir de verser de l’eau sur l’autel. Comme c’est religieux et gentil de leur part de rappeler à Dieu ce qu’il a fait. Mais l’eau vive se trouvait juste en face d’eux.

Le dernier jour, le grand jour de la fête : La fête des Tabernacles durait huit jours. Pendant les sept premiers jours, l’eau de la piscine de Siloé était transportée dans une cruche d’or et versée sur l’autel pour rappeler à tous l’eau que Dieu avait miraculeusement fournie à Israël assoiffé dans le désert. Il semble que le huitième jour, il n’y ait pas eu de versement d’eau – seulement des prières pour obtenir de l’eau – pour rappeler qu’ils étaient entrés dans la Terre promise.

Jn 7, 38 LSG

Celui qui croit en moi, des fleuves d’eau vive couleront de son sein, comme dit l’Ecriture.

Jn 7:39 LSG

Il dit cela de l’Esprit que devaient recevoir ceux qui croiraient en lui; car l’Esprit n’était pas encore, parce que Jésus n’avait pas encore été glorifié.

Les disciples qui ont cru en Christ et écouté ses paroles n’étaient pas en retard pour être au Temple les jours de Pentecôte. Ils ont reçu cette eau vive lorsqu’elle a été versée sur eux.

Actes 1:5 LSG

car Jean a baptisé d’eau, mais vous, dans peu de jours, vous serez baptisés du Saint-Esprit.

Jésus dans son corps ressuscité a enseigné cela à ceux qui ont cru en lui !

Le jour de la Pentecôte, Dieu a choisi de donner son don du Saint-Esprit, qui a été déversé comme si c’était du feu. L’eau nettoie et le feu aussi. Ils étaient remplis d’une nouvelle vie et d’une nouvelle puissance.

Des langues, semblables à des langues de feu, leur apparurent, séparées les unes des autres, et se posèrent sur chacun d’eux.

Actes 2:4 LSG

Et ils furent tous remplis du Saint-Esprit, et se mirent à parler en d’autres langues, selon que l’Esprit leur donnait de s’exprimer.

Psa 36:9 LSG

Car auprès de toi est la source de la vie; Par ta lumière nous voyons la lumière.

L’enseignement du sage est une source de vie, Pour détourner des pièges de la mort.

Jérémie 2:13 LSG

Car mon peuple a commis un double péché: Ils m’ont abandonné, moi qui suis une source d’eau vive, Pour se creuser des citernes, des citernes crevassées, Qui ne retiennent pas l’eau.

Jérémie 17:14-15 LSG “Guéris-moi, Eternel, et je serai guéri; Sauve-moi, et je serai sauvé; Car tu es ma gloire.car tu es ma louange. Voici, ils me disent: Où est la parole de l’Eternel? Qu’elle s’accomplisse donc!”

La fontaine de vie est venue par le sang de Jésus. Après avoir versé son sang sur la croix, tous les péchés du monde ont été effacés. Du moins pour tous ceux qui croient en Lui et en Sa croix.

La source d’eau vive est apparue sous la forme de langues de feu le jour de la Pentecôte. Et ceux qui ont cru en Jésus ont été remplis de ce vin nouveau, ou eau vive. Littéralement, c’était le don du Saint-Esprit. Littéralement, c’était Dieu, qui est le Saint-Esprit, qui déversait sa propre personne en eux. Dieu en Christ en nous ! Et cela a continué chaque jour jusqu’à aujourd’hui pour tous ceux qui demandent au Seigneur d’être remplis de son esprit. Nous buvons tous de cette même eau vive.

Pas de l’eau périmée de la religion qui croupit dans les citernes. Cette eau dans les temples religieux ne peut pas guérir ou donner une nouvelle vie. Seule l’eau vive de l’esprit le peut. Aucun baptême, aucune immersion au bord de la rivière ne fera quoi que ce soit sans l’eau vive du Christ !
