Certaines personnes comme moi vivent pour laisser Dieu changer leur apparence à ses yeux. Les premiers ne sont jamais heureux, parce que vous ne pouvez pas plaire à tout le monde tout le temps mais vous êtes un esclave pour essayer, c’est la torture de Sisphys de toujours faire tourner vos roues mais toujours finir sur le fond> OU nous pouvons être heureux et bénis parce que Dieu notre Père a été totalement satisfait puisque son Fils nous a aimés jusqu’à la mort. Et son amour nous transforme par la grâce. Se conformer aux foules dans un travail sans fin. Mais nous devenons chaque jour plus beaux parce que c’est ce qui nous rend ainsi. Lorsque Dieu est satisfait de vous sans autre raison que le fait que c’est Dieu notre Père qui vous a créés. Alors vous êtes transformé en la plus belle des créatures. Remarquez comment Jésus nous l’a montré par l’exemple lorsqu’il se prélassait dans l’Amour d’en haut : Mat 17:5 Comme il parlait encore, une nuée lumineuse les couvrit de son ombre, et voici que de la nuée sortait une voix qui disait : “Celui-ci est mon Fils bien-aimé, en qui j’ai mis toute mon affection ; écoutez-le.” Mat 17:2 Et il fut transfiguré devant eux ; son visage resplendit comme le soleil, et son vêtement devint blanc comme la lumière. Transfigurer est la même chose que transformer dans le verset Romains 12:2. Il était passif et Dieu l’a rempli de son bel amour. Nous aussi, nous sommes ses fils et ses créations. Reposez-vous dans l’amour et passez du temps en Sa présence ! C’est là où il y a la JOIE !
Psaume 16:11 Tu me montreras le chemin de la vie, en ta présence la joie est complète, à ta droite les plaisirs sont éternels. Cet amour transformateur a été déversé sur Jésus et sur nous lorsque le don du Saint-Esprit est descendu en nous. Lorsque Jésus a été baptisé, Dieu a prononcé les mêmes mots : “Celui-ci est mon Fils bien-aimé”. Nous avons la présence de Dieu en Christ dans notre homme intérieur. Nous pouvons nous prélasser dans la réalité de sa présence plus proche que nous entendons lorsque nous le prions et le chantons par l’esprit de filiation qu’il nous a donné. Ce même esprit est le cadeau de DIEU pour nous. Nous sommes maintenant des fils de Dieu et comme Lui dans ce monde. Alors comment pouvons-nous briller dans le monde du chaos ? 2Co 3:17 Or le Seigneur est l’Esprit, et là où est l’Esprit du Seigneur, là est la liberté. 2Co 3:18 Et nous tous, dont le visage non voilé reflète la gloire du Seigneur, nous sommes transformés en une même image, d’un degré de gloire à un autre, qui vient du Seigneur, qui est l’Esprit. Notre Seigneur est l’esprit qui vit maintenant en nous ! Et là, Il est présent ! Et là où Il est, c’est la liberté de la mort et de tous les mensonges des systèmes du monde de l’ennemi de notre âme. 2Co 3:18 Et nous tous, dont le visage non voilé reflète la gloire du Seigneur, nous sommes transformés en une même image, d’un degré de gloire à un autre, qui vient du Seigneur, qui est l’Esprit. Alors ne vous cachez pas le visage de l’amour, de l’amour inconditionnel. Pas l’amour que vous devez impressionner les gens pour l’acheter. Pas l’amour gratuit d’en haut. L’amour transformationnel en Sa présence. Nous brillons comme Il a brillé sur la montagne de la transformation. Nous sommes la lumière parce qu’Il dit ” voici mes enfants bien-aimés ! Écoutez-les !
And do not be conformed to this [fn]world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may [fn]prove what the will of God is, that which is good and [fn]acceptable and perfect.\
Our thought patterns are shaped by our past. Which past are you identifying with? Your old man history or your new man history? Everything we need pertaining to life and godliness comes through our knowledge of him who called us (2 Pet 1:13). If you want to see breakthrough in your life, look to Jesus, look to the cross, and change the way you think. PEACE
it is passive you cant change your mind. This is not a self improvement course. You can change your schema but only He can rebuld you from the inside out. He did as He gave His spirit to renew your inner man.
Some people are living for their outer appearance. Some people like me live to let God change how they appear to Him. The first are never happy, because you cannot please everyone all the time but you are a slave for trying, It is the Sisphys torture of always spinning your wheels but always end up on the bottom> OR we can be happy and blessed because God our Father was totally pleased since His Son loved us to death. And His love transforms us by grace. Conforming to the crowds in never ending work. But we are growing more beautiful every day because makes us that way. PEACE WITH GOD
When God is well pleased with you for no other reason other than it is God our Father that created you. Then you are transformed into the most beautiful creature of all creation.
Notice how Jesus showed it to us by example when He was basking in the Love from above:
Mat 17:5
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice from the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to Him!”
Mat 17:2
And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
Transfigure is the same as transformed in the Romans 12:2 verse. He was passive and God filled Him with His beautiful love.
We too are His sons and His creations
Bask in love and spend time in His presence! There is where there Is JOY!
Psa 16:11
Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
This transforming love was poured out on Jesus and us when the gift of the holy spirit descended into us. When Jesus was baptised God said the same words :This is my beloved Son”
We have the presence of God in Christ in our inner man. We can bask in the reality of His presense closer that oru hear as we pray and sing to Him by the spirit of sonship He gave us.
That same spirit is GODs gift to us. We are now sons of God and as HE is in this world. So how do we shine in the world of chaos?
2Co 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is present, there is freedom.

And we all, with unveiled faces reflecting the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another, which is from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
Our Lord is the spirit that now lives in us! AND there He is present! And where He is, is liberty from death and all the lies of the world , the systems of the enemy of our soul.

And we all, with unveiled faces reflecting the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another, which is from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
So don’t cover your face from Love, unconditional love. It not the kind of love you have too impress people to buy from their empty coffers. Now this is Love at the source. God is Love. Allow and rest in it. Now we have peace with God! This is free love from above. Transformational love in His presence. We are shining like He shined on the mountain of transformation. We are light because He says “these are my beloved children! Listen to them!
C’est pourquoi ceux qui étaient dispersés allaient partout prêcher la parole.
Le mot ” dispersés ” est utilisé trois fois dans les actes, ce qui signifie que les croyants étaient ” semés ou ensemencés tout autour “. Ils étaient poussés par la persécution, mais ils continuaient à planter la semence de la parole de Dieu partout où ils allaient. Vous ne pouviez pas arrêter le mouvement de la parole de Dieu.
Cette expression a également été utilisée dans Actes 11. La parole de l’Évangile avait été donnée aux païens italiens dans la maison de Corneille en Actes 10. Il s’agissait d’un événement bouleversant pour les Juifs, qui devaient surmonter leur vision myoptique limitée par leur incompréhension et leur orgueil national.
Même dans les Actes, ils continuaient à prêcher uniquement aux Juifs dans tous les pays étrangers. Dans Actes 1 :8, Jésus leur a dit d’aller dans toutes les parties les plus éloignées de la terre. Mais ils sont restés à Jérusalem jusqu’à ce qu’ils en soient chassés. Maintenant, la semence de la parole devait aller dans les parties les plus éloignées de la terre et faire son travail.
La prédication de la parole. Les premiers chrétiens ont prêché la parole de Dieu (Actes 8:14), c’est-à-dire qu’ils ont prêché l’évangile de Jésus. S’ils avaient prêché la loi de l’ancienne alliance, ils n’auraient pas été persécutés par les chefs religieux.
Actes 8:5
Puis Philippe descendit dans la ville de Samarie, et leur annonça le Christ.
Ici, Philippe annonçait et diffusait le Christ. Pas la loi mais le Christ. Prêcher et annoncer la bonne nouvelle de la Parole de Dieu était la même chose qu’annoncer et prêcher le Christ, parce que toute la Parole de Dieu était dans le Christ, notre sauveur ressuscité !
Actes 8:6
Et le peuple, d’un commun accord, était attentif à ce que Philippe disait, entendant et voyant les miracles qu’il faisait.
Et tout comme Jésus a dit aux disciples que ceux qui prêchaient pour Lui auraient des miracles pour établir leurs paroles. Philippe a vu la puissance de Dieu parce qu’il a prêché !

Et ils s’en allèrent prêcher partout, le Seigneur agissant avec eux et confirmant la parole par des signes consécutifs. Amen.
Quand les gens sont guéris, il y a une grande joie.
Act 8:7
Car des esprits impurs, poussant de grands cris, sortirent de plusieurs personnes qui en étaient possédées ; et plusieurs personnes atteintes de paralysie et de boiterie furent guéries.
La parole de Dieu s’est répandue et a été semée avec puissance, guérison et démonstration du Saint-Esprit.
Actes 8:8
Et il y eut une grande joie dans cette ville.
La Samarie eut une grande joie parce qu’elle fut libérée de l’œuvre des démons, les démons et la maladie partirent !
Actes 8:9
Mais il y avait un certain homme, appelé Simon, qui auparavant, dans la même ville, usait de la magie et ensorcelait les gens de Samarie, se donnant pour un grand homme :
Voici un exemple d’un homme utilisant une autre source de puissance spirituelle, il utilisait des démons et non la puissance de Dieu ! Cela s’appelle ” sorcellerie ” et il ” ensorcelait les gens “.
Lorsque Dieu agit, la gloire est toujours donnée à Dieu notre Père, mais lorsque les miracles sont faits par sorcellerie et que les gens sont hypnotisés, l’adoration va à un homme au lieu de Dieu et de Jésus, le seul Homme.
Le mot pour ensorceler est existemi et cela signifie être ” renversé “, ” stupéfié “, ” choqué ” et même ” poussé hors de son esprit normal ” comme l’hypnotisme. C’est ce qu’a ressenti Issac lorsqu’il a ” tremblé ” en réalisant que Jacob l’avait trompé pour le droit d’aînesse. Ou comment Eli le prophète dans 1 Samuel s’est senti quand ses deux fils ont été tués. Ou lorsque Jésus a fait des miracles et guéri des gens ont été hypnotisés, abasourdis ou choqués.
Mais ici, il y avait une autre puissance à l’œuvre qui volait la gloire de Dieu et la plaçait sur un homme, nommé Simon. Il hypnotisait les gens pour son propre profit par la ” magie “.
Ce mot sorcellerie signifie magie. En grec, la sorcellerie se dit ” Mageia ” et n’est utilisée qu’ici, dans Actes 8, comme un usage unique. Il s’agit du travail ou de l’action des ” Magos ” qui étaient une classe de ” sages ” égyptiens, puis babyloniens et enfin perses, qui n’étaient en réalité que des imbéciles qui trompaient et se glorifiaient en fascinant les gens avec leurs connaissances occultes et leur pouvoir donné par Satan.
Nous nous souvenons qu’ils n’ont pas pu comparer leurs ruses avec la puissance de Dieu lorsque Moïse leur a tenu tête en Égypte. De même, à l’époque de Daniel, la puissance de Dieu en lui les a mis sous un mauvais jour.
Dan 1:20
Et dans toutes les questions de sagesse et d’intelligence que le roi leur demanda, il les trouva dix fois meilleurs que tous les magiciens H2748 et astrologues qui étaient dans tout son royaume.
Aujourd’hui, c’est la technologie et les merveilles de la science et de la médecine qui sont à l’honneur. Maintenant, Covid a ensorcelé la population dans un hypnotisme global et des hommes comme Fauci obtiennent la gloire. La puissance du Saint-Esprit est tellement plus grande.
Dan 5:7
Le roi cria à haute voix de faire venir les astrologues, les Chaldéens et les devins. Le roi prit la parole et dit aux sages de Babylone : Quiconque lira cette écriture et m’en donnera l’interprétation sera vêtu d’écarlate, aura une chaîne d’or au cou, et sera le troisième chef du royaume.

Il y a dans ton royaume un homme dans lequel se trouve l’esprit des dieux saints ; aux jours de ton père, on trouvait en lui de la lumière, de l’intelligence et de la sagesse, comme la sagesse des dieux ;
Lorsque Daniel a discerné les rêves et a été capable d’en donner l’interprétation, il ne s’est pas attribué la gloire mais l’a rendue à Dieu ! Il ne cherchait rien, car Daniel savait que son Dieu lui donnait tout ce dont il avait besoin.
Dan 5:17
Alors Daniel prit la parole et dit devant le roi : Que tes dons soient pour toi, et que tes récompenses soient pour un autre ; mais je lirai l’écriture au roi, et je lui en ferai connaître l’interprétation.
Telle est la différence entre les deux puissances. Dieu et le diable sont tous deux des puissances spirituelles. Mais Dieu gagne toujours. Le rêve a été interprété par le serviteur de Dieu Daniel et l’astrologue, les devins, les magiciens ne pouvaient rien faire. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’ils dépendaient des démons pour leur pouvoir et en présence de Dieu, ils devaient se taire.
C’est ainsi qu’ici, dans les Actes des Apôtres, Philippe, en tant que fils de Dieu, avec la pleine puissance du Christ, pouvait mettre à terre n’importe quel magicien ou sorcier.
Et ce qui est si grand à propos de Dieu, c’est qu’il est amour et peut même changer le cœur des hommes qui étaient profondément impliqués dans toutes les astuces de Satan et les faux signes.
Actes 8:10
Et tous, depuis le plus petit jusqu’au plus grand, l’écoutèrent et dirent : Cet homme est la grande puissance de Dieu.
Simon contrôlait et profitait de tous ces fous qui pensaient qu’il était la grande puissance de Dieu. Il a dû utiliser des signes puissants pour y parvenir. Mais la plus grande puissance de Dieu et de l’Amour a gagné même Simon !
Actes 8:11 Et ils avaient de l’estime pour lui, parce que depuis longtemps il les avait ensorcelés par des sortilèges.
Je suis sûr qu’il a fallu beaucoup d’humilité à Simon pour admettre qu’il avait tort et même perdre la position qu’il convoitait. Mais il a cru ! Il a dû écouter jusqu’au point où il a fait confiance à l’Évangile et a ensuite été changé pour toujours par le changement intérieur que représente le scellement.
Cependant, lorsqu’une personne croit pour la première fois, elle est sauvée. Au moins, il a la vie éternelle en lui. Mais cela ne signifie pas que ses vieilles habitudes et son esprit changent. Il commence un voyage de croissance dans la grâce et le salut de son esprit et de son corps. Dieu commence par l’intérieur et non par l’extérieur pour nous sauver.
Actes 8:13
Simon lui-même crut aussi ; et, après avoir été baptisé, il resta avec Philippe, et il était dans l’étonnement de voir les miracles et les signes qui se faisaient.

(a) Simon lui-même a cru. L’homme qui opérait des signes et des prodiges contrefaits s’émerveillait quand il voyait la vraie chose. Il a cru le message de Philippe et a été baptisé dans l’eau, mais il n’a pas été rempli du Saint-Esprit (voir Actes 8:16) et ses actions ultérieures montrent qu’il n’avait pas une bonne compréhension de la grâce de Dieu (voir Actes 8:18). Il a reçu le Saint-Esprit lorsqu’il a fait confiance à l’Évangile et a été scellé. Eph 1 :13 mais et il a été baptisé au nom de Jésus. Il n’était pas nécessaire qu’il soit baptisé dans l’eau. C’est encore un rituel extérieur. Il a pu ou non être plongé dans une baignoire. Mais son âme a été nettoyée par sa confiance et le Christ est entré pour faire le ménage.
Mais Jésus avait encore beaucoup de travail à faire dans son grenier et Simon commençait à se conformer au Christ.
Nous pouvons voir qu’il y a deux mots et deux façons de recevoir l’esprit du Christ.
Premièrement, nous le recevons passivement, comme Simon, mais sans résultats immédiats. La semence de la vie éternelle est plantée mais elle a besoin de temps pour pousser à travers le béton du vieil homme. Elle le fera mais cela prend du temps et lorsqu’elle se manifeste, nous appelons cela le deuxième type de réception “Lambano” qui est une réception active et qui se manifeste par une action extérieure. C’est alors qu’elle est démontrée ou manifestée. Simon était dans une mauvaise passe et cela a pris du temps.
Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.
The word « scattered aboad » is the word used three times in acts meaning the believers were « sown or seeded all around » THey were driven by persecution, but they continues to plant the seed of the word of God where ever they went. You could not stop the movement of Gods word.
It was also used in Acts 11. The word of the Gospel had been given to the Italian Gentiles in the household of Cornelius in Acts 10. This was an world shaking event for the Jews to overcome their myoptic vision limited by their misunderstanding and national pride.
Even in Acts they still were preaching to only Jews in all the foriegn lands. Jesus in Acts 1 :8 told them to go to all the uttremost parts of the earth. But they stayed in Jerusalem until they were chased out. Now the seed of the word had to go to the uttermost parts of the earth and do its work.
Preaching the word. The early Christians preached the word of God (Acts 8:14) which is to say the preached the gospel of Jesus. If they had preached the old covenant law, they would not have been persecuted by the religious leaders.
Act 8:5
Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
Here Philip was heralding and broadcasting Christ. Not the law but Christ. Preaching and telling the good news of the Word of God was the same as heralding and preaching Christ, because all of Gods word was in Christ our risen savior!
Act 8:6
And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
And just as Jesus told the disciples that those who preached for Him would have miracles to establish their words. Philip saw the might power of God because he preached!
Mar 16:20
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
When people are healed then there is great Joy
Act 8:7
For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
The word of God spread and was sown with power, healing and demonstration of the Holy Spirit
Act 8:8
And there was great joy in that city.
Samaria had great joy becaue they were set free from the devils work, demons and sickness left!
Act 8:9
But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
Here is an example of a man using another source of spirit power, He was using demons and not the power of God! This is called « sorcery » and He « bewitched people »
WHen GOd works the glory is always given to God our Father, but when miracles are performed by sorcery and people are hypnotized, the worship goes to some man instead of God and Jesus, the only Man.
The word for bewitched is existemi and it means to be « knocked off your feet » « Amazed » « shocked » even « drive on out of their normal mind » Like hypnotism. It was the way Issac felt when he « trembled » at realizing Jacob tricked him for the birthright. OR how Eli the prophet in 1 Samuel felt when he two sons were killed. Or when Jesus performed miracles and healed people were hypnotized, dumbfounded or shocked
But here it there was a nother power at work stealing the glory from God and placing it on a man, named Simon. He was hypnotizing people for his own gain though « magic »
This word sorcery means magic. In the Greek sorcery was « Mageia » and it was only used here in Acts 8 as a unique usage. It is the work or action of « Magos » which were a class of Egyptian, then Babylonian and then Persian « wise men » who really were only fools that misled and gained self glory by facinating the people with their occult knowlegde and power given by Satan.
We remember that they could not compare their tricks with the power of God when Moses stood them down in Egypt. Also in the time of Daniel the power of God in Daniel put them in a bad light.
Dan 1:20
And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians H2748 and astrologers that were in all his realm.
Today it is technology and the wonders of science and medicine that get the glory. Now Covid has been bewitching the population into a global hypnotism and men like Fauci are getting the glory. The power of the Holy spirit is so much greater.
Dan 5:7
The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spake, and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.
This magic or sorcery was the occult fools wisdom that empowered systems like Babylon, until Gods servant came to town!
Dan 5:11
There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him;
When Daniel discerned the dreams and was able to give interpretation he did not take the glory but gave it back to God! HE was not looking for anything, because Daniel knew His God gave him all he needed.
Dan 5:17
Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
This is the difference of the two powers. Both God and the devil are spiritual powers. But God always wins. The dream was interpreted by the servant of God Daniel and the astrologer, soothsayers, magicians could do nothing. Why? Because they depended on demons for their power and in God’s presence they had to shut up.
So it was here in Acts as Philip as a son of God with the full power of Christ could show down any magician or sorcer
And what is so great about God, is that He is love and can even change the heart of men who were deeply involved with all of Satans tricks and false signs.
Act 8:10
To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
Simon was controling and profiting from all these fools that thought he was the great power of God. He must have used some powerful signs to do that. Yet the greater power of God and Love won even Simon!
Act 8:11 And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
I am sure it took much humility for Simon to admit he was wrong and then even lose his coveted position. But he believed! He had to listen to the point he trusted the Gospel and then was forever changed by the inward change of being sealed.
However when any person first believes he is saved. At least he has eternal life dwelling within. But that doesnt mean his old habits and his mind change. It begins a journey of growth in grace and salvation of his mind and body. God begins on the inside not the outside to save us.
Act 8:13
Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
Acts 8:13
Even Simon himself believed; and after being baptized, he continued on with Philip, and as he observed signs and great miracles taking place, he was constantly amazed.
Simon himself believed. The man who operated in counterfeit signs and wonders marvelled when he saw the real thing. He believed Philip’s message and was water baptized, but he was not filled with the Holy Spirit (see Acts 8:16) and his subsequent actions show he did not have a good grasp of the grace of God (see Acts 8:18). He received the holy spirit when he trusted the Gospel and was sealed. Eph 1 :13 but and he was Baptised in the name of Jesus. It was not necessary that he was baptised in water. That is an outward ritual still. He may have or may have not been dunked in a tub. But his soul was cleaned by his trust and Christ entered to clean house.
Yet Jesus had a lot of work to do inside his attic and Simon was begining on the road to be conformed to Christ.
We can see that there are two words and two ways we receive Christ’s spirit
First we dechomai or receive it passively as Simon did but did not immediatle show results. The seed of eternal life is planted but it needs different amounts of time to grow through the old mans concrete.
